House vacation rentals in Versilia

We stayed at the villa for a week for our honeymoon and I couldn’t believe how beautiful the views were. Marco greeted us and walked us up to the villa and left some lovely surprises for as he knew what we were celebrating. The communication we had was great as Marco was always quick to respond when we needed help with any issues. We used the pool on a day which was so lovely and relaxing and although Marco and his parents lived on the property they gave us lots of privacy to enjoy our time there. The BnB is in a lovely location as you have different cities in either location to visit and lovely restaurants that are recommended by Marco. We will definitely be back!

Very well-kept property with attention to detail! In addition to the full cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for getting around by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be too suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

We spent a week in Daniele and Chiara's villa and loved the location - within easy reach of many beautiful places to visit - and the quiet and peaceful setting. The villa is just the right size for for a couple and the terrace, with its comfortable outdoor furniture, and the excellent pool were a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. Brilliant!

Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and felt immediately at home. With loving details, it became noticeable how important it is for Nadia and Giacomo to give their guests a nice time. For example, there was freshly stocked coffee powder and a bottle of in-house olive oil for use. The place was very clean and well maintained and we were invited to contact them several times if we have any questions or we need anything. At the same time, however, privacy was very respected and we just felt comfortable. The pool was even specially covered and cleaned for us, although it would not have been accessible until May 15th according to the listing. We spent wonderful days in the middle of the most beautiful nature and we lacked nothing.

We spent unforgettable days at Ilaria's house, in a place that exceeded all expectations. The house is simply wonderful: cozy, with attention to detail, surrounded by nature and perfect for those looking for peace, relaxation and authentic beauty. The garden is a corner of paradise and the pool is really the icing on the cake — ideal for fully enjoying the silence and tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. Ilaria is an attentive and very kind host, ready to make every guest feel truly at home. We look forward to coming back!

Immerse yourself in Tuscan village life, especially precious and relaxing, away from the usual tourist streams. The cozy cottage with terrace and sea views invite you to BE and linger - pure relaxation. We especially liked the seclusion and the daily departure to holiday activities in the surrounding area. Nilo took wonderful care of us as a host in his friendly and calm manner. Thank you for the wonderful vacation days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Pini, the house was well furnished and comfortable with everything we needed and the view is just stunning, the photos really don’t do it justice! Everything was as described and we had a lovely time there, helped by Cristina and her team’s thorough information provided about the local area and their quick responses to any questions or messages. Lerici itself is a beautiful town with lots of things to do close by, including day trips to the Cinque Terre and Pisa. I am sure we will be back in the future!

We stayed at Chiara's place for a competition on the beach, during the April 25 bridge. We often return to Pietrasanta during this time and we were really satisfied with the location and accommodation in general. Chiara was very kind in providing us with all the check-in information, which we were late, coming from afar. Everything went smoothly and the stay was really pleasant. In the house we found everything you need, in the kitchen and bathroom: highly recommended! We hope to be back soon! Thanks!

Very cozy house, perfect location, close to the pedestrian area and very quiet. Giulia is always very helpful and responsive. Great tips on restaurants in the area.

It’s a very unique and beautiful place. There’s no one around, just nature. Falling asleep with the sound of owls and even wolves one night.. and waking up with the sound of tons of birds. The hike up to the house is a (free) work out but also very beautiful as you meander trough a very green and rocky landscape with a little river and lots of yellow buttercups (may). The bed is comfortable and so is the bathroom. Valerio was really nice helping us out with our luggage as I couldn’t carry too much being pregnant.

We stayed two days at this facility. Very friendly and helpful hosts, they also gave us tips on what to visit in the area! Clean place and as described...highly recommended!

We stayed 3 days at the Lido di Camaiore with our 3-year-old daughter, from Francesca's house everything is within walking distance - restaurants, services and the legendary promenade. The house is spacious, matches the photos and description. Francesca is a present and thoughtful host, an added value that makes you feel at home.

We stayed there 3 nights with our 3-year-old boy and our 10-month-old girl, we were very comfortable, quiet place, we found in the garden a ball and a swing to play with our boy, 2 deckchairs to relax and also a small barbecue and table with chairs that we used to make aperitifs in the open air, I recommend it for those who want to spend a few days relaxing and touring the FORTE DEI MARMI which is a beautiful place. We thank Alessio for his helpfulness and kindness and for his kindness in also letting us find a book with watercolors for the children to color. We'll definitely be back, thanks. ♥️

I had the pleasure of staying at this house in Viareggio for a long time and I could not be more satisfied. The house is spacious, functional and cozy, with an airy, relaxing and bright atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The bathroom and kitchen are spacious, modern, and well equipped: cooking is a real pleasure. The WiFi is fast and perfect even for those who work in smart working. The house has a beautiful internal courtyard, a plus to enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors. The location is very convenient, just steps from the station, the sea and the main shops — ideal for both short stays and longer stays. The room is very quiet, perfect for working or resting, impeccable cleanliness, and the bed extremely comfortable. A special thank you to Laura, an extraordinary host: always very kind, helpful and very quick to reply to every request. It's truly a special place that I highly recommend!

great stay in capezzano really calle and relaxing . everything is convenient in this really large space is functional. quite a few things to do nearby. pise 30 minutes ,beach and beachfront 5 minutes away . i really recommend it for a weekend or a holiday with family and friends . Massimo's availability and attentiveness, the comforts of the "happy house", in name and in fact, made our stay truly pleasant.

We had a lovely week for 6 with 2 teens and 2 children. Lerici, which is 2 km away, is a good starting point for visiting the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very pleasant to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

Great isolated location - although local eateries are sometimes closed when you don't want to drive!!

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

We absolutely loved Cristians apartment. It made our stay and experience in Vernazza incredible and memorable. The Terazza was better than imagined with amazing views of the sea and the hills. We could hear the waves all day and night which was so peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Cristian was so helpful with meeting us at the train station, helping us carry our luggage, giving excellent recommendations. There was coffee, cookies and cold beer and water in the fridge upon arrival. He also gave us a very important heads up about the train strike so we could plan accordingly and was flexible with our check out. Can’t say enough good things. When we return to Cinque Terre we would only stay in Vernazza at Cristian’s apartment.
