Vacation rentals in Verghereto

Wonderful place in calm and tranquil area! The house, pool and garden are beautiful, a real Tuscany dream! The house is rented out via an agency, that manages all the practicalities before arrival, but the hosts live close by and were extremely welcoming! They don't speak English very well, but we managed very well with signs and Google translate. They met us at the house with a platter of local snacks, wine and juice. Inside the house was fresh fruit and their own white wine, honey, olive oil etc. They visited twice during our stay to clean the pool and both times left us presents, the first time a basket of fresh vegetables and eggs, the second time a selection of cakes. When we had trouble with a missing pizzaspade, they came right away. The communication was easy and quick. In conclusion: a completely wonderful stay in the most beautiful surroundings and with the nicest and friendliest hosts! If we ever get the chance, we will most certainly come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Sergio’s apartment in Florence. Sergio was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of six. It was spacious, comfortable, and seems to be recently renovated, with updated flooring, tall windows, and modern bathrooms. Everything was comfortable, clean and well-appointed, which made us feel right at home. The location was fantastic, a 10–20 minute walk to heart of Florence and its top attractions, including the Duomo, Uffizi and Accademia galleries, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and the leather markets. We also enjoyed a couple of great local restaurants right across the street from the apartment. Osteria Cancello Dei Macci has amazing service and an incredible bistecca alla fiorentina, and Canto de' Macci also has excellent food and service. I highly recommend a stay here!

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We had a very good stay here. Super accommodation not too far from downtown Florence. In addition, the hosts were very nice and helpful, they really wanted to think along with our requests.

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

Staying at Laura's was like feeling like family. Welcoming, he provided me with all house instructions since arrival. She tried to find a solution for all my requests. The house is spacious, and there are 2 bathrooms. It is noted that Laura has a predisposition to this type of accommodation activity, which has been handed down for generations, since parents manage hotels on the sea and a short distance from the apartment. It also gave me the opportunity to have discounted prices if I wanted to take advantage of the hotel's services (lunches, dinners, breakfast, ...)

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable and had everything. We loved sitting at the table and looking over the valley! Until next time!

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!
