Vacation rentals with lake access in Verde River

This place was amazing for our family trip! We loved having such a big space for our three families (my family, my parents, and my sister’s family) to stay together, but also have a sense of our own spaces. The house was modern but also cozy and felt like home. We loved being nestled in the forest and even got some snow! Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials! Katie responded very quickly and was very helpful!

This house was perfect for a quick getaway with my family. My oldest son fished his heart away and my youngest swam in the pool all day long. Our host made sure the pool was heated per our request, and it felt so good on the couple of days it barely got up to 70 degrees. Brandi responded quickly to all of my questions. The neighborhood was conveniently located near good restaurants and shopping. We plan to return, thanks for a great weekend!

Brenda's place is exactly what you see the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped. They even left some useful staples (like milk, creamer, condiments, etc) in the refrigerator. That was unexpected and appreciated. Bathrooms were clean with useful products and ample towels. I really appreciated that there were things like tissues and Q-tips. It shows an attention to detail that you don't usually see in rental homes. It was nice to have access to the garage. The grill was clean and there were plenty of tools for grilling. It was very pleasant to sit outside next to the pool. The AC and heat worked well and in March, I seemed to need both (heat in the AMs and AC in the PMs)

My family and I had nothing short of a wonderful stay at Jeff and Bridget’s beautiful home. Hosts were very responsive and friendly to communicate with. The home is nestled in a safe quiet location close to many great amenities including a wonderful selection of restaurants. Inside and out the home everything my family needed and more, from the comfy beds to the dining space to the beautiful spacious backyard! Very thankful we found this gem inside Phoenix and looking forward to staying here next time we are down in the area.

The house was a perfect location for our family who came in to catch some Padres Spring Training games at Peoria Park. It was easy access to the stadium, restaurants, stores, and more. The host was super responsive. Home was very clean. I appreciate the labels in the kitchen, took the guessing out of finding things. Additionally, having toiletries to use was helpful. You can tell these hosts think of things to make your stay more comfortable and ease your traveling. We’d come back here again.

Tanya's home was lovely and close to all the great things to explore in Sedona. The creek was a great bonus, kids loved coming back at the end of the day to splash around and explore. Tanya was a wonderful host, responsive and very thoughtful with a lot of care and energy put into making a good experience for her guests. Comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. The entire place was very clean. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

We were visiting the area for a wedding and this spot served us great for our purposes. We used it as a base camp to sleep at night and spent our days making trips into Phoenix and north to Sedona. This is a great spot to get out of the bigger city and enjoy the mountainous landscape. It’s close to plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities. The house was clean and comfortable. It’s also pretty secluded and the neighboring property had farm animals, which our toddler loved! Would highly recommend!

Perfect place to spend vacation with the family. Our kids loved being able to fish every morning and swim in the pool that was heated perfectly. The pool table and putting green was also a hit. Great location and easy check in.

Robert was very friendly and listened to my concerns, trying to help as much as he could. I am very impressed by his kindness. My guests also enjoyed staying at Tracy’s property, and I would like to recommend it.

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

Beautiful experience, not only the area but the perfect house and location. Their hospitality was wonderful and their restaurant recommendation. Was perfect . The VAULT had the best view. The apartment had everything I mean they thought of it all. I can’t wait to return! Downtown Sedona was close and even with a little traffic the views were amazing, but not as amazing as the clusters of star st night when we sat outside our beautiful location and marveled at it all. And if that was not enough during the evening before nightfall we had the pleasure of a teen deer staring out at us . Wow!!

5 STARS! We absolutely loved Adrian’s condo! It was a great location central to all areas of Scottsdale. It was super clean and well stocked with comfortable beds and furniture. The patio was so relaxing overlooking the pool! It was very quiet and a wonderful place for a parent’s weekend away! We also loved the walking paths that went along the golf course and loved stopping by the Starbucks in the grocery store on our morning walk! Adrian was extremely responsive and an EXCELLENT host! We will be back!

The house was clean, comfortable, and convenient! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Phoenix.

3rd Time I have stayed here. Definitely the first place I check for availability anytime I am coming to Payson.

Rented this for a week so I could help put up my grands and son with me as we focused on the Whiskey Mountain Bike Race that my daughter was competing in. The house was perfect for our needs. TV's worked great for the grands. Outdoor fire pit was great and all the wood available was appreciated! Sadly, I didn't get to enjoy it much as I ended up in the hospital in Prescott (Yavapai vis Dignity Health) due to asthma/elevation/allergy all kind of the perfect storm. So my son Dan and the kids enjoyed it! Plenty of utensils, plenty of linens and blankets and lots of games for the kiddo's too. Dang I didn't get to thump my son in horshoes this time. We had a lovely stay at WillowPoint Creek Casita . The setting was peaceful and scenic, with easy access to trails, town, and nature. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and the pool—even though it was too cold to swim. The dirt road leading into the property, including a couple of creek crossings, made getting there feel like a fun little adventure. The house was well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials, and the hosts were responsive and welcoming, even providing a helpful local guide. We loved the quiet nights, clear skies, and the chance to truly unwind. Do be prepared for spotty cell service and slow internet—but honestly, that was part of the charm. It gave us a chance to disconnect and be reminded of the pace of everyday life. The only downsides were that the house could use a deeper clean, and the front gate was broken during our stay, which gave us some safety concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway!

SOTH is an absolutely stunning find. It's just 10' from Sedona, far enough off the highway to be convenient, but sooo quiet. The grounds are stunning. The river noise is lovely. The trails and views are stunning. This is a beautiful, peaceful stay. My kids and I had the best time exploring and then chilling on our porch and in the living room when indoors. We also took short trips to go horseback riding and mountain biking. Everything is right here! Yet, you've escaped the hustle and bustle and crowds.
