We were very satisfied: the apartment was a "stone's throw" from the sea, we had a great view from the balcony to the sea, with a few steps you were in the shopping mile, the apartment was very clean, you could speak German with Cinzia - everything was just right to be able to relax! Thank you very much, Cinzia, we will be back!

Barbara is a very polite and helpful lady. She shared with us all the necessary information to where to go, what to do, about the ferry time plans, the restaurant and other facilities near by. She was very professional and proactive as well. The bungalow was cute, very clean and it fit our family's needs for the period of time we booked this form. We definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a low budget house for a family of 4 at a very good price with very good commodities. We strongly recommend this.

I was there with my family for 1 week. The location is just great. The car is right outside the door in a private area. The beach is 40 meters away. Very clean, very friendly, quick feedback on questions. Due to the central location, you could directly access the promenade. I would be happy to come back.

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property — right outside the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a short walk away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place – the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you! We'll be back for sure😊. Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

A dream, to stay right across from the Venetian Lagoon and just down the street from beach access. The studio is perfect. The shower was great. I was so happy to have a washing machine. I had to Google how to use it, lol, but it was easy once I understood it. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a big bottle of water in the refrigerator. Davide’s parents were so very kind to me. I appreciated their warm welcome and goodbye. The walls are thin, but it wasn’t unsettling or constant noise.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We were completely please with our stay! The apartment is very neat and clean, with a spacious terrace – especially practical when traveling with a dog. The location is simply unbeatable: only a few steps to the beach with reserved loungers, and also small grocery stores, bakeries and the long shopping street are within 1-2 minutes. Another perk is the underground parking space. Highly recommended – we will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic vacation. The apartment is magnificent, the terrace simply great, the view awesome. We immediately felt at home. Ugo and Graziella are very friendly and warm hosts, who are very attentive to their guests. The apartment is well equipped, it was also ideal for our little daughter (high chair, crib,...) Ugo was always available, even at night, when we had a false alarm in the stairwell and panicked quite a bit. The way to the beach is not far, we also found the pool great for cooling off. There are numerous shops (including grocery stores and bakeries) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Thanks for this beautiful week of VACATION!!! If you want to visit Jesolo, I highly recommend this apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend this place. Very very friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment was very clean and maintained. We, including our dog, felt very comfortable and will certainly stay there again. It was just perfect.

We arrived by bus and train, in Chioggia itself everything is within walking distance. The apartment is in a great location, right next to one of the canals of Chioggia, where there are many restaurants and bars. Alice's recommendations were great, the recommended restaurants good to very very good. Chioggia is stunningly beautiful and you can easily get everywhere from Alice's apartment.

The place was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

I was very pleasantly surprised and felt at home from the 1 minute. Order and cleanliness 5 stars. In the same house on the 2nd floor live Daniele's parents, who are very friendly and helpful. With a clear conscience, I can only recommend it.

The apartment is located in a beautiful old Villa in venetian style! The Villa has a beautiful garden with huge trees, the whole villa is in the shade of these trees. The apartment is located in the ground floor. The apartment provided everything that we all have at home, kitchen, TV, washing machine, microwave...etc. Close to the Viall is a big supermarket. The villa is also very close to the main street in Lido that provides many restaurants and gelaterias. Most important! the villa is close to the Lido S.M.E harbor. The host provided me detailed check in/out information and is available on standard communication apps like |what is up" and airbnb chat

Great location for us, 10 mins away from free beach and 10 mins to ferry. And the view, what can I say it’s spectacular!! Would definitely book again if staying on lido.

The property is perfect for combining total peace and relaxation with excursions to Venice. The apartment is pleasantly cool in the summer and the air conditioning in the bedroom works perfectly. I liked Georgio's warm and personal style best. He is very warm! Thank you for the interesting and wonderful days! I'm sure we'll be back.

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.
