Ideal for walking around the hill. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers. It is a very intimate place,special for lovers.

Excellent property steps from the beach, across from La Paz Park (50 meters from the parking access to the beach), completely remodeled in 2019-2020, for 14 guests. 5 bedrooms, (2 en suite with a double bed and 1 en suite with 3 beds, one of them a trundle bed), 5 bathrooms (1 of them a guest bathroom), fully equipped integrated kitchen, washing and drying area, main and daily dining room, terrace, large play area with a trampoline bed, and large barbecue area with a stove and grill.

Surrounded by nature, it's a great place to relax and have a peaceful holiday, although near many coastal villages. You'll be able to enjoy nature, observe birds and, with luck, see foxes, monitos del monte (small marsupials, under extinction, which are protected in Chile) or others animals from the area.

Además, la casa está cubierta con conchas de locos recogidas en el mismo sector haciéndola única. It has 1 master bedroom with double barrel, one bedroom with a single bed and a private bathroom and a living room that you can use with a sofa bed. 2 blocks from the Metro and Supermarket. 2 blocks from Plaza Sotomayor and the port. NO stairs TO get there! Very easy access
