You'll love my place because of the wonderful view over Valparaíso Bay and the entire coastline of the region. The loft is part of an old house in Cerro Alegre. It has been completely renovated, and the location is perfect, close to attractions such as art and culture, incredible views, family activities, and restaurants and food. Ideal for walking around the hill. My accommodation is great for couples, adventurers, and business travelers. It's a very intimate place, especially for couples in love.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
