The house is great to enjoy as a family. The space is very large, so even if there are a lot of people, there is room for everyone. The fact that the gazebo is separate from the bedroom area is also a plus, so the one who wants to go to sleep is not disturbed by those who want to continue playing or enjoying themselves. The house is very well-prepared and it shows that people have lived in it since it has everything: dishes, comfortable beds, spacious and comfortable spaces, fireplaces, etc. All the games are in good condition so we used them all. The only thing is that the plot is quite far from the nearest store. For us it was not a problem since we were looking for tranquility and to be on our own, but for those who want to have nearby services it may be a negative point. But honestly, the house is a 10 and communication with César was always super fluid. Thank you!!

This is the second time I rent the house and we really enjoyed it, good distribution of the bedrooms, the pool impeccable, the quincho has everything you could need as well as the kitchen. The view from the house is beautiful! Cristián, Paola and Mrs. Ingrid were always attentive to my inquiries, thank you very much for that! Just one detail, which does not have to do with the house but the condominium: there was none of the 8 days when there were no work noises in other houses (that could be handled with the rules of co-owners to respect the rest period in summer). Regardless of that, for one you end up getting used to it, I would come back anyway!

Charming House and Small Park! The house is very nice, cozy. Very comfortable! The house is ideal for sharing with family or friends. The house also has a nice and large terrace, with a good place for barbecues and a stove. It has a children's play area, a small swimming pool with a sundeck, an old tennis court that children can use to ride bikes, skate or play…. We really enjoyed our stay! I recommend it 100%

The house is excellent to go with the family, especially if you are going with boys. One-story house with a small staircase to exit the terrace to the patio. The home was well appointed, many pieces, several beds and sufficient bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you need for a good stay. Very nice garden and well cared for, in addition to flat, ideal for Boys. On the plot there was a dog with his puppy. They did not bother anything, very friendly both of us, but we are not a family of dogs, so we would have liked them not to be there. The outdoor quincha is rich but requires maintenance. It has a lot of greenery in the grill area, so we were afraid to cause a fire. It is necessary to prune to be able to leave that sector enabled. We also took the fireplace. Kindly the owner left us wood, but we need to clean the pull as we smoked. Lastly, the pool has a reja but it is easy to open for a boy (my 4 year old nephew managed to open it).

It is an excellent place to disconnect, rest and enjoy nature, the view from the terrace is beautiful, especially at sunset. My dogs were the ones who enjoyed the place the most since the land is very spacious. Pamela is a very good host, always helpful and kind. I recommend it 100%.

Very nicely located old house with lots of charm. Lovingly furnished and with a beautiful outdoor area. Located almost around the corner from Pablo Neruda house. Two entrances to the beach are within walking distance. Our Hubd felt very comfortable. We all enjoyed climbing the rocks on the beach.

It is a place away from the coast, 25-30 Minutes by car, but the house has everything you need to be there with fabulous terraces, a gazebo and an incredible pool. Very comfortable house, it had every detail that one could notice. We brought firewood, but they had complimentary firewood for the fireplace and grill. The tranquility made us feel right at home, everything was very spacious, the pool was large enough to enjoy and the tidiness upon arrival was spectacular! We enjoyed the family getaway!! Juan is a concerned host that his guests are well and there is nothing missing. If something happens, he takes care of it. In addition, he knows the entire area very well, he can give good data to visit or to go out to eat. The location is also perfect: in the countryside and just minutes from the beaches (by car). The house is amazing, it has everything to entertain in it, they almost don't feel like going out. It is ideal for families with children, it is very safe, has enough rooms and bathrooms. The pool is the best thing for children (and not so children), also the game room. We only have words of thanks to him and hope that such a nice place will remain in his care.

Excellent, our stay was 100% rest, beautiful view, we enjoyed the pool with the children. The garden has eucalyptus trees where the kids played despite the slope, it was quite an adventure for them. Felipe, great host , always attentive to wsapp, the two times I wrote to him because of a problem he solved it proactively the same day. Always sending us useful information. It was a pleasant surprise to find a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. To improve: -It would be useful for the description to specify the distance to the beaches of algarrobo and Quintay since they are 25-30 min by car. To the beach of Tunquen, if you are going on foot, from the condominium it is 1.20h. - The en-suite bathroom has a loud sound when you throw the chain, I mentioned it to Felipe, sure for the next it will be fixed. - Some mattresses need replacement. - The kitchen does not have an oven, only an electric one, also wouldn't play and would add more lozes and cutlery.
