Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa. We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

This was my second time staying at Sean and Lexi's place, and it was just as great. My wife came along for this visit, and the house is just as comfortable and spacious for two folks as it is for a solo traveler. We loved all the little design touches, and extra appreciated the coffee in the morning :) I had to work during the week this time (lots of zoom calls) and the living room desk and fast internet made it easy. This will be our go-to spot whenever we visit friends in the area!

We stayed at Joe and Jola’s place on BottleRock weekend. It was a perfect location, not far from Napa and a very comfortable place to lay our heads after each festival day. The amenities were great and it was very cost affective. We would definitely stay there again.
