Guesthouse vacation rentals in Valencian Community

We had a super stay here, super nice and quiet area with a beautiful view. Super friendly host who responds very quickly, always let me know if someone is coming by to clean the facilities or the domain. Price quality is highly recommended!

My husband, myself and our 5 small children spent 3 weeks in July at Ralph's. A real joy. The place is heavenly: a huge wooded garden, superb sculptures, a 50 m2 swimming pool, 3 individual bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people with a bathroom and private toilet. A large shaded space where we had our meals, nothing missing in the kitchen. There are numerous deckchairs. The whole house and the garden are extremely clean, very well maintained. As for our hosts Ralph and Hannesse, they are very very friendly, considerate, attentive. Everything is great. Proof is that we're going back next summer. Veronique

What a wonderful time we had… The lodge itself was much bigger than we thought with lots of family space plus outdoor seating & eating areas. The pool was great with lots of seating & shaded areas. Silva & Max were lovely hosts & really helpful. The place itself is quite remote but settles in the most beautiful area surrounded by olive trees & grape vines My only comment would be there is no air con in the bedrooms - there are beds in the living areas so I used those. Loved it - thank you xx

we had an exceptional stay Uschi is a more-than-perfect host. we had a great holiday the estate is exceptional. if you want to spend a quiet and peaceful holiday this is where you have to come, with its 3 donkeys, 2 dogs and all its fruit trees you can only be disconnected. Ushi and present if you need anything. More than a host, she takes care of you like a mom, her orange cake is excellent. My disabled kids are super fun and so is our 1-year-old baby. There are all the amenities within 20 minutes (beaches, shops, restaurants...) but you are so good at Ushi's place that you don't need to move. If you hesitate to come, don't hesitate any longer come you will be delighted... Thank you Ushi for allowing us to spend 1 perfect month with our 3 children.. Hugs to you. Quiet 200M from the beach of restaurants and shop. Many buildings that make us believe that we arrive in a city, but these are only holiday homes. Beach water and pool 28° minimum, impeccable pool with swimmer supervision. Perfect for a quiet holiday with your family. I thought I was out of season when we were on vacation the first 15 days of August. José is a great Host.

We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back. The host was super friendly and helpful, and the place has everything you need, including a garden where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. Thank you for everything!

Anna was perfect. Very welcoming, always helpful. We came with a 2 year old girl and we had a blast!! Anna always left us new toys for our baby to play with :-)) Place was very cozy and private. Very nice open space, lots of space and garden had this fake grass which was actually great! It repelled all insects and was never that hot even under sun. Manuel’s place was gorgeous. The views speak for themselves. The location is perfect and you’re able to walk to a bunch of restaurants on the beach. You are also close to downtown Alicante. Manuel was the nicest man and so helpful sending so many recommendations! Would highly recommend staying here!

Jan's house is very nice and spacious. On the lower floor (adjacent to pool) lives Jan and the 2 top floors rent you. The view is fantastic and the pool is large. From the house you are in the center of Calpe in 5 minutes by car. Jan is very friendly and helpful and very considerate of your presence.

Absolutely fantastic! The hosts were super nice. The villa was beautiful and private. Very clean and every amenity you could need. Definitely going back.

The peace and quiet I experienced at the b&b is indescribable. As soon as you arrive and get out, you will be overwhelmed with the beauty and quietness of the area. Really a gem! Breakfast was perfect for the price. And you are in the peace and quiet to have breakfast without too many stimuli from others. I've been out and about most of the time. It was super central and nice things to find in the area.

Everything is very good in general, very clean, with everything you need to spend a few days, garden and pool, very comfortable to go with children. The check-in was simple and Claudia was very attentive.

Latif and Elias' place is fantastic and clean. A beautiful and well-kept outdoor area (garden) with pool for shared use is also available. Private outdoor area with two dining groups. Shopping mall and beach nearby. Latif and Elias are very accommodating hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and there was nothing missing. We actively used Latif's recommendations (restaurant, parking, excursion tips) and they were great.

Sandra's place is a great spot up in the mountains, so you will need transport. We love the view of Valpe but we enjoyed the hospitality of Sandra and her family even more. We appreciated the dog friendly reception for our two well trained Shiba Inus and had a great time walking our dogs along the nearby nature hike. We got lucky and spotted a wild fox and a couple of mountain goats. The dog beach Les Urques is about 10 minutes away by car and there is plenty to do and see in Calpe. We hope to return for our next vacation, it feels like home away from home.

Great small guesthouse in the garden of the beautiful house and garden. Comfortable beds and bathroom. Beautiful views over the countryside outside of the village of La Rambla. Miranda and Eddy are very friendly and responsive hosts.

We 100% recommend this independent house, very clean, beautiful view, amenities thought out in every detail inside and out. Corinne and her husband provide a great garden with summer kitchen, plancha and pool. Very quiet environment for a week of relaxation!! Corine is a welcoming, kind and very discreet host but always available when needed. Thanks so much to them for hosting us!!
