It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

You can take wonderful walks through the Mediterranean forest and find beautiful views of the valley. Very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a wide range of leisure, hiking, golf, beaches, mountains, and typical street markets in the area.

Located in the heart of the Montseny Natural Park, Biosphere Reserve, with direct access to the Tordera River, which flows just below the house. 15 minutes from Montseny and 20 minutes from Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Perfectamente comunicado, habiendo una parada de autobús a 25 metros de la casa, ademas si lo desea disponemos de un servicio de parking a 20€ la noche.
