Perfect location at city center, between Plaza España and Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Guarida is a 3 private apartments complex. Check my other listings if you are more than 2 people willing to stay at same location. No more than 5-10 minutes walking to El Carmen, Ruzafa, train station and restaurants and coffees. KING bed, 300Mbs Wifi, Nespresso with free pods, 55¨ TV, a free wine bottle, some beers and more ;) We have parking garage for one car (10eu/day), reach out before to reserve it.

Spend a few days in our small oceanfront apartment. It is an open space, where there is no room. Second floor with elevator and stairs, newly renovated. Launch in April 2023. There is a double bed and a sofa that converts into another double bed. Ideal for two people, ask if there are more. With an additional cost of 15 euros per person per night The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, kitchen utensils, shower and beach towels, etc.

Dream apartment

Apartment well located, in a very good location. Close to the Joaquín Sorolla subway station and next to the Ave station and 10 minutes from the North station. Located next to the longest street that runs through Valencia. My house is very close to the historic center and the old case. Also available line 27 that leads to the historic center. Apartment with electricity, all day. Private parking front apartment, very large closed. Additional price per night of 10 euros.

Nice and large apartment in front of the Gandia's port and 10-15 minutes walking from Gandia beach. A cozy, newly renovated, spacious, quiet and bright apartment overlooking the port. It is the second floor of a building with only two apartments. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth as a living room. A bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, bakeries, clothing stores... and the beach is a 5-minute walk away.
