Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Val-de-Marne

Janet's apartment is highly recommended. It is quiet and furnished with a lot of love. The equipment is very good and nothing is missing. Janet is very friendly, was very flexible about the key handover and responded very quickly to messages. We will be happy to come back!

The host was very welcoming and friendly! Anytime we had questions they were answered in a timely manner. If I were to return to Paris I would definitely check to see if it was available again!

The location of the place is very good as it is 2 minutes walk from underground so you can be next to main attractions in several minutes. I stayed in the second room connected with the kitchen and it was very comfortable, especially bed. The place is well-equipped and the communication with the host is excellent.

Spacious and pleasant apartment, excellent location (lidl, monoprix, pharmacies, metro very close), very fluid communication with the host, cleaning was correct, good bedding. We really enjoyed the provision of shampoo, shower gel, towels, and coffees/ teas upon arrival. We are very happy with our stay at Gabriel's and we will be happy to go back.

We stayed over a week in the apartment, and we enjoyed the city like the locals. The apartment is spacious and has all the necessities. Its location cannot be better. We walked to the Louvre and Isle de la Cite. We would definitely come back.

Benoît is a very welcoming and available host. Very responsive to any questions. The apartment itself is easily accessible by transport, secure and pleasant. Everything is very well equipped and functional. As for cleanliness, no complaints! I recommend it without hesitating!

I had a happy time. Except for the 6th floor without an elevator Everything was good!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Marie and JF's place is quiet with a nice little patio in front that included a very low basketball hoop that our kids enjoyed playing on. The location is great: just down a quiet street from the Marie Montrouge metro stop and the town square with several restaurants, so it was convenient to get into Paris and see all the sites, yet you could retreat to the relative quiet of Montrouge in the evenings. The bistro right on the square was particularly good. JF and Marie were very friendly and accommodating. The house is nice and quaint with plenty of beds for our family of six. It is old though, so there are some quirks and occasional spiders and bugs that visit. Also, there is a washer but not an electric dryer like it says in the listing, only a drying rack. Overall, we would stay here again.

The house is quite comfortable and matches her photos perfectly. Mimi was very nice and always willing. She did not have towels and approached us from her house.

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is the ideal place to stay while visiting Paris. The view of the Eiffel Tour from the living room is beyond incredible especially at night when the light show happens. All types of restaurants are in the area. There is even a grocery market for extra things you might want. It is also quite close to all of the sites that are on your list. Getting an Uber or Bolt was super easy and really quick. And then there is Nicolas. He gave so many recommendations for anything and everything that I would have had to stay a whole year to try them all. Many Thanks. And I almost forgot…the heated towel racks! I love heated towel racks and so will you. If you are planning a trip and want a real Parisian experience….this would be it.

We had a fabulous stay at Laurence’s place. The views from the window/balcony are incredible. It was the perfect base for a weekend in Paris as very close to the Metro. Plenty of room for a family and all the appliances you would need. Thank you Laurence.

Great location, easy access to public transport (metro/subway, buses), shops and restaurants nearby. The most welknown sightseens of Paris in about 30 min trip time. Closed territory of the complex with private parking place. Marc is available and ready to help.
