Monthly Rentals in Uptown/Carrollton, New Orleans

The place was more spacious than anticipated, with a king bed and a large bathroom. There was coffee for the coffeemaker and the kitchen was spotless. We loved the Carrollton neighborhood, and we were happy to discover the nearby restaurants, all in very short walkable distances, including the Boucherie, just across the street, and the Lebanese Cafe on the corner. There is a grocery store a fee blocks away, and they have everything you need. We purchased a 3 day transit pass at nearby Walgreens, good for all transportation, and we enjoyed riding the trolley car, just steps away. Perfect. Marigny was a responsive and attentive host.

Nicole met me to show me the place at check-in time. Before, during, and after my stay, she was communicative, helpful, and flexible. This space was just perfect for my working vacay in NOLA. The pool was the perfect temperature and it was so fun to be able to run down for a quick dip to start my day! Also, I LOVED the shower - super luxurious with the overhead rainfall shower head & great water pressure. Kitchen was well kitted-out and I was able to make a few meals for myself with the hot plate and cooking equipment available. Most Airbnbs have the basics in the kitchen, but not every Airbnb has a veggie peeler, can opener, air fryer, and espresso machine... this one does! Those little touches were much appreciated. Wifi was strong (77Mbps up and 37Mbps down, when I ran a test) both in the apartment and down on the pool deck. I was able to have crystal-clear video calls, and upload & download videos quickly.
