I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay at Amber Cottage. It was absolutely spotless, and beautifully decorated/furnished. Steve and Nicala are wonderful and responsive hosts. They truly have thought of everything and we appreciated all of the special little touches throughout. The location was perfect - close to everything but very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is bright sunny with a gorgeous garden to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend Amber Cottage wholeheartedly. Thank you Steve and Nicala!

3 The Square is a beautiful property, well furnished and equipped. Everything has been thought of from the smallest of touches. We were welcomed by a lovely hamper of bread, milk, butter and bottle of Presecco. The area is very quiet, perfect for pleasant evenings sitting outside in the front garden. There are plenty of board games provided for evenings in. Upper Slaughter is ideally situated for visiting Bourton-on-the-water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Cotswold Bird Park and many other beautiful villages. We recommend a drive out to Great Tew for lunch at Falklands Arms. In summary, cannot recommend this property enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Lark’s Nest. From the moment we checked in, we felt right at home. The property has everything you could need as well as extra touches such as a gift basket on arrival and torches to take with you at night. We can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed at many airbnbs over the years, and this goes down as one of the best. The hosts really thought of so many details, and the cottage was a delight. Clean, cute, well thought-out, a backyard that was the most ideal setting for the toddler to run (it was walled in!) & to eat outside with the sheep 'ba's' in the background. Quiet, relaxed. Of note: If you are tall or less agile, this may not be the best spot for you. At 5'6", I just made it under the 3 doorframes at the entrance, but my husband hit his head many times during our stay. There are multiple narrow & steep staircases (though carpeted), & the two smaller bedrooms are up staircases that anyone but a child would need to duck to enter. Not the hosts' fault, just how it is. Having the windows open overnight & the comfortable & beautiful bed was so welcomed. The shower was fantastic, & the main bathroom large & well thought-out. Water pressure amazing. There was even a basket of toys & another of bath toys! A+.
