Monthly Rentals in University of Texas at Austin

The Waller was great! Young building with a young community. Gym was tremendous and rarely busy, pool was great. Penthouse library and coworking space were amazing as a remote worker. Room was large for the money. Could have used an air fryer and better kitchen tools, but everything worked fine and they supplied plenty of detergent and other supplies. Room was very bright in the morning, you’ll probably also be on the 5th floor facing east, so don’t expect crazy views, but will be a 10 second walk to the pool/gym. Closest grocery is a 5 minute scooter ride. Best bars on east/west 6th are 8 minute scooter ride. Not a ton of restaurants close by (Franklins is closest!) I’d stay here again. Love Austin and the Waller!

Highly recommend this unit for any visiting UT parents. I came here straight after a 30 hour long journey and the apartment felt at once like coming home. The hosts thought of every possible comfort for their guests and the location is unmatched. Condominium is neat and clean too.

Perfect urban oasis. Perusing the ample and eclectic collection of books, relaxing in the garden and rediscovering the ahhh of slowing down were highlights of this stay. Allison's choice of decor, linens, kitchenware and garden furniture immediately made us feel welcome and at home. She tends the garden, looks after her furry family and her guests with care. This cottage is located in a quiet residential area just minutes from the university and downtown. We highly recommend a stay with Allison!

It was a pleasure to stay here. Mark was really cool, and the place was a joy to wake up to. If you enjoy great mornings in Texas, the patio is fantastic.
