Beautiful S. University Apartment

Stay in this beautiful South University apartment. The location is fabulous- charming neighborhood with street parking. Only five blocks from the University of Oregon, we’re located on the bike path. Close to restaurants, shops, and downtown. Very clean and light, this apartment includes a master bedroom with a new queen bed and bedding, full bath with Jacuzzi tub, large living room with flat screen TV, DVD, cable and high speed Wi-Fi. Large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home – full stove/oven, refrigerator, new dishes and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher and dining room. The apartment has a private outside stairway entrance and its own small deck and adirondack chairs. Bright and airy with high ceilings, the apartment has a loft overlooking the living room that has additional double futon bed for additional guests. Includes stacked washer/dryer. Children welcome. So many great restaurants within walking distance! The apartment is one block away from Sundance natural food market, Humble Bagel, Humble Beagle Pub, Allan Bros. Coffee, an Indian restaurant and burrito shop. Also within walking distance of 19th St. McMenamin’s Pub, Prince Puckler’s ice cream, Eugene City Bakery, Bepe & Gianni’s Italian Restaurant, Agate Alley and Studio One Café. Amazon running/biking trails and public pool are all just blocks away. Bicycle rental nearby. The apartment is above a large Craftsman style house- which is where we, your hosts, live. We are available at all times, but respect your privacy. The apartment is a self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at any time. PAYMENT by airbnb website service prior to arrival. CLEANING FEE - $40 cash pays for cleaning of loft prior to your arrival. PARKING – street parking available. Just let us know ahead of time and we will have parking pass ready free of charge. The calendar is up to date. If it shows availability on the dates you are looking for, then the place is available and you can book it! Lovely house in the woods! Close to U of O!

The Airbnb has a portable AC The place is conveniently located only 7 mins from the University of Oregon! It is only 7 mins from the I-5 highway and only 11 minutes from Autzen Stadium! This a completely separate 1 bedroom unit connected to a larger home. The place is freshly remodeled with a living room, bedroom, and a full bathroom! The place includes Delonghi espresso maker, fridge, and a microwave! The bedroom includes a very comfy king size Tuft and Needle memory foam mattress!

This is a charming above ground studio apartment in the quiet Friendly St neighborhood two miles to University of Oregon/Hayward field. It is in the lower level of an historic Craftsman bungalow in a lovely safe neighborhood. Access to a washe/dryer for stays one week or longer. Neighborhood shops/restaurants nearby by. Close to Lane County Fairgrounds. Enclosed backyard. Dog friendly upon approval with a $15 (no cats). Outside security cameras in car port and outside door.

This space is cleaned according to Covid Cleaning Protocols. You're in walking/biking distance to Univ. of Oregon and downtown Eugene. Less than one block south from Lane County Fairgrounds which is the Park and Ride for U of O games. Enjoy what outdoor/cultural activities that Eugene has to offer while staying in a cozy studio. You have off street parking and your own entrance. Sorry no 3rd party bookings (your reservation will be cancelled) or animals allowed.
