Monthly Rentals in Tyringham

Josh’s was the most charming of all the Berkshire bnbs we’ve rented so far. His historic home has a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, quality linens and a living room with plenty of seating for 8 or more to comfortably lounge in front of the huge stone fireplace for board games and movie nights. The interior of this late 1700’s home was spotless and decorated with a stylish combination of contemporary practical furniture as well as several groupings of that suggest how you might unwind: write a letter at the secretary by the window upstairs, put your feet up and read at any number of antique armchairs strategically placed around the home, or challenge your kids to a game of mini-billiards. We had a few questions during our visit and Josh was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The grounds have walking paths and the location can’t be beat: close to the grocery store and downtown Lee while still feeling private. It was the perfect spot for us to unplug. We’ll be back!

Had a great stay at Scott’s cottage. Felt right at home It was very comfortable and clean.

The house and property were lovely! We enjoyed sitting outside, eating our meals, and birdwatching! And the beaver pond across the street was an added bonus! It was very quiet at night. And Aniko was very responsive and the house manual is helpful - if you stay you should read it. Also the location is excellent for visiting all of the towns in the Berkshires. We definitely recommend staying here!

Mark’s rental was absolutely wonderful for our stay in the Berkshires. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The rental was clean upon arrival. The location was perfect to explore various towns in the area as well hike in different areas. We highly recommend Mark’s house and would definitely rent again when we return to the Berkshires.
