We loved staying at Paolo’s beautiful apartment! It was perfect for our large group. Everything was clean and well appointed. The Colosseum is literally right down the street! Such a great walkable neighborhood and Paolo had many wonderful recommendations! We loved our stay, highly recommend!

The Apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. Edoardo was very accommodating and helpful with the flexible check-in. We we're 6 adults and felt very welcomed ! The kitchen was well equipped and the rooftop terrace is also really nice to have. The city center (old town) is a bit far but easy to reach by bus or subway in around 30-40 minutes (depending on the traffic) but therefore the Apartments surroundings are very quite and safe. Edoardo is a good choice 😊

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Luca is a wonderful host. He was proactive, communicated well, provided recommendations and the place was as pictured. We would definitely choose this spot again, easily walkable to all we wanted to see and do.

This was a lovely apartment, with the balcony a great feature, perfect for sitting outside with an evening drink, overlooking the quiet street. Convenient for public transport or walking. Plenty of space in the apartment so we never felt cramped - it looked just like the pictures of it. Tiziana responded very quickly and the instructions were very clear. Would recommend Tempo di Minerva (in Via Manzoni) of the restaurants close by, for its friendly family atmosphere, and Cafe Italia (on way to Church of Cross of Jerusalem) for great sandwiches and pastries. Good supermarkets a short walk away. All in all, a perfect base for our first stay in Rome. This was excellent value given its size and location.

The apartment has an absolute spectacular view. The location is excellent and the check in instruction given by Sonia is clear. Also the parking space provided is highly appreciated. We enjoy our stay there.

Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay at Cristiano’s place. We had the whole apartment to ourselves. The place was very clean and comfortable; the blackout blinds were a huge hit! Our family appreciated the ensuite bathrooms in each of the 5 bedrooms. The air conditioning was working well. The apartment is located in Prati, which is in walking distance of Vatican City and Central Rome, and there is a Metro station (Lepanto) nearby. We found Cristiano to be a great host, and he gave us many tips on how we could enjoy Rome. He also helped us arrange an airport transfer on our arrival, and another transfer to the cruise port on our departure from Rome. Overall, a great place to stay!

spacious, with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, equipped, close to the subway station line A, in a neighborhood well served by shops, close to supermarket and bakeries, it had everything we needed.

Giuseppe’s place is wonderful. Great location - a few minutes walk to the Vatican and to the metro/bus stops, lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It was very clean amd spacious. It had free coffee and water. Giuseppe was also very helpful and responsive. We had a problem with the washer but he immedately solved it and didn’t charge us for the damage.

This was a very comfortable, clean and private place. Close enough to all things to see and do in Rome. Elena was very friendly, helpful and communicated well. We would stay here again!

Claudia is very kind, polite and responsive. Comfortable house, with many amenities, clean and in a quiet area. The private parking is extremely convenient, house equipped for all necessary needs. Complete kitchen, comfortable and equipped for any eventuality. Nearby supermarkets, bars and clubs, which allow the accommodation to be very convenient. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Maria's apartment! It was a great location and space for our family of 5 and we could easily walk to and from the AS Roma match at Stadio Olimpico. There's also a delicious pizza place just around the corner. Public transport into the main tourist area is closeby and makes it easy to enjoy the sights while staying in a lovely, quieter area. Thank you, Maria, for a wonderful stay!

i have never had a host so interested in making our experience amazing. she had laminated books with very thorough recommendations and guides with how far of a walk and suggested restaurants in that area. she also had snacks and drinks for us and offered to transport us to & from the train station. so many restaurants close as well.

Teresa not only responded quickly, but went out of her way to provide recommendations and connect us for tours through Susanetta. Teresa even arranged transport to and from the airport which made life so much easier. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to thank her in person for being such a wonderful hostess. Karina, a bubbly person full of joy and smiles, greeted us and even made incredibly delicious dinner arrangements for us that first night. The location was PERFECT with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and a place around the corner with lemon and basil sorbet options - I highly recommend the combo! Walking is the default in Rome, but we did use Uber to get to Palantine Hill and the Vatican. We enjoyed our visit and sincerely appreciate the warm welcome. I would highly recommend working with Teresa to arrange your tours to skip long entrance lines and ask to have Giuseppe take you on the mushroom cave tour. Many thanks for a most memorable and enjoyable visit!

I enjoyed staying at Toni’s place very much. Everywhere was walkable. It was very close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and a 15 minutes walk to the strip for shopping and more restaurants. I was looking for a balance between relaxation and some adventure and this was a great spot for it. The station to go to Rome was like an 11 mins walk which is not bad at all. Toni was very responsive and helpful, even gave me a charger for my phone when I forgot my adapter. I would definitely recommend.

We are a family of four and had ample space to be comfortable. The Piazza della Toretta location is fantastic. Walkability to many locations can't be beat. The neighborhood itself is fantastic. We would definitely stay again upon a return to Rome.

Fabio was a great host. I let him know that it was our 25th anniversary and he gave me multiple recommendations of restaurants to go to for a nice anniversary dinner. He even left a little gift for us. If I ever find myself back in Rome, I'd definitely stay there again.

Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

I absolutely loved our stay at Francesca’s place. She was very kind, met us at the apartment and supplied us with snacks after our long travel day. She is very responsive and will help you with anything you need. FABULOUS location!!

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend both the apartment and the host. Our check-in was very flexible, which was a huge help since our flight arrived early in the morning. The host arranged a smooth and convenient transportation option from the airport, and after a quick breakfast at a nearby café, he met us and personally escorted us to the apartment. He went above and beyond by providing local recommendations for restaurants and attractions, which really helped us make the most of our visit. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a few grocery items waiting for us upon arrival. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location with a bus stop just steps away. Each bedroom having its own bathrooms makes this great for multiple families. Host Mariastella was excellent in accommodating our needs. Would definitely recommend!
