Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tuscan Archipelago

It was our first time in Castiglione. Landlord (mother and daughter) very kind, welcoming and very helpful. Wonderful place, away from the chaos of the city but a short distance from the sea, surrounded by nature and peace. Spacious place, with everything you need inside and out with lounge chairs, umbrella, and table. We felt at home. Thanks again for everything. We will definitely be back.

apartment as in the description, everything clean, nothing is missing as far as the bathroom and kitchen are concerned, everything is perfect!!! The beach of the tesorino is 10 minutes away by car. Beatrice and her family made us feel like we were at a friend's house... we thank Giulia and Mirko so much for having entertained our little Dominik

We spent 15 days in Alessandro's apartment, it was a beautiful holiday, the village is very typical and perfectly matched our expectations. Alessandro gave us all the information as well as the good addresses, there are 3 restaurants in the village which are very good . The apartment is very well located in the village (30 seconds for morning coffee as well as the bakery) kitchen , bedrooms, clean and spacious bathroom. 20 minutes from turquoise beaches we'll definitely go back next time, And little cherry on the cake , on the last day we attended a small concert in the village square where Alessandro was at the guitar;) i'd recommend it.

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very nice and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected event.

We felt very comfortable with Eleonora and Fabio. We and our children enjoyed the house, the garden and the pool very much and we enjoyed spending a lot of time there. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. We hope to have another vacation in this great house, in this pretty, quiet place (car required) at some point. My partner and I stayed for a week with our medium-sized dog. A relaxing stay, spacious and well-stocked house and the garden is the strong point! Besides us, our dog also enjoyed it so much. Antonio and his wife are really kind and helpful, always ready if needed Beautiful stay!

Everything was perfect. The small town is very lively even during the off season. The place is great for 4. Well located for discovering Elbe.

We spent 3 nights in Marina's apartment and had a very good time. The apartment is very welcoming and comfortable, well maintained, clean and equipped with every accessory (crockery, cleaning products, hairdryer...) for a relaxing break surrounded by the greenery of truly suggestive vineyards. There is also an outdoor space with table and chairs for outdoor living. We had the opportunity to chat with Marina and her daughter Giulia, they are very welcoming and helpful people for great tourist tips on the area, which made our stay even more special!

House in a very quiet area but not far from the center that you can easily walk to. Clean and complete with everything as described. The parking space (garage) is essential because in the middle of August in Porto Azzurro it is very difficult to find parking. If we go back to Porto Azzurro, we will definitely go back to Antonella. Recommended. PS: Beautiful Elba Island.

I travel a lot for both business and leisure, but I rarely felt so at home as in the 4 days spent by Andrea. The house is simply wonderful, cared for in every detail, welcoming and with a soul. It's undoubtedly one of the most beautiful I've ever visited! But what makes the stay really special is Andrea himself: proactive, helpful, attentive... you clearly feel that he loves what he does. Genuine and warm hospitality that leaves your mark. In every room you can breathe quality: the mattress was very comfortable (I slept like a fairytale!), the very spacious bathroom with a really spacious and relaxing shower. The TV in both the bedroom and the living room is also a plus, it's not for everyone! Top experience, absolutely recommended.

Sonia was very proactive and responsive. The apartment was as described and clean and with an incredible view. Having a nearby dedicated parking spot was immensely convenient as well!

Sonia's accommodation is in a quiet area, really a stone's throw from the sea, you can walk, where there are both free and private beaches, in 10 minutes you can reach the center of Castiglione, the parking space is very appreciated, the accommodation was impeccably clean, and it is not so obvious, very nice and spacious, also equipped with air conditioning and WiFi, in this apartment nothing is really missing. My husband and I had a great time, I highly recommend it!

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but the parking lots are convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it is not affected by the noise of people. On the contrary. The house is nice and functional. Not too noticeable things: having stayed at the beginning of September, the rail traffic increases and in the master bedroom you can hear it quite a bit. Until 1/9 the passages were significantly reduced. The shower drains badly, too bad. But it's a simple problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is windowless. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if there are many guests. But the apartment really lacks nothing and Massimo is super-available for everything.

Perfect apartment, there was everything you needed. From the balcony you can see the sea. Mauro personally welcomed us and gave many helpful tips for activities and restaurants. He is super nice and was always available. The location of the apartment is great, close to the beach. The city and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

Apartment in an ideal location to move downtown, the spaces are cozy and spacious as described, Chiara is kind and very helpful; great parking space and the presence of a veranda accessible from the apartment. We had a good time, fully satisfied.

We felt comfortable in Laura's apartment right away. It was nice to get to the beach so quickly and with a short walk to the village. The beds were comfortable, the two bathrooms very practical. Communication with Laura was easy and she had time to greet us personally and lead us into your apartment. We would book the apartment again immediately, the location was excellent.

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic: the beach (even the free one) is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the seafront (Via Italia). Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion (but I want to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Friday/Saturday evening, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for rowdy kids and roaring scooters, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that makes voices and noises echo, but luckily Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a bit old, certainly not up to the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

Accommodation in a great location to reach the sea and the center of the village. Inside there are all the necessary amenities. Extremely comfortable indoor parking. Serena was very nice and approachable.
