He and his family are very nice and polite and also the neighbors are better than the others. The apartment is in an area where everything is easier to reach. The bus station is very close. The supermarket is near. The apartment is cleaned and quiet. My advice is to try it. You won't hesitate to come back a second time. Thank you Aikoto and his family .

Great comfortable apartment with wonderful view. Many restaurants close by yet also with a local feel. Much preferable than staying between hippodrome and water as that area is totally overrun with tourists. This area is very comfortable for tourists but a much better balance. For kids, really close to playgrounds. Only consideration would be the third floor but this is beneficial for exercise. Will book again.

This is the best apartment I’ve ever been! Everything is very clean, the furniture has a good quality. There is the great view on tea plantation! Ms Derya is very supportive and humble. All our requests were appreciated and we felt like home. If I be in this region one more time, I’ll try to stay here! I strongly recommend to choose this option for families!

Great apartment in a good area! Very close to the shopping street İstiklal and Taksim square. The apartment is much larger than shown in the photo. It has everything you need, as well as many interesting additional details that creative people will like. The bedroom windows overlook the courtyard, so it is quiet and calm at night. Absolutely loved my stay at this Balat Airbnb! The location couldn’t be more perfect right in the heart of all the colorful, picturesque streets and just steps away from some of the most charming attractions in Istanbul. It’s incredibly convenient and safe, with tons of shops, cafes, and restaurants all around. The balcony overlooking the vibrant neighborhood made every morning and evening feel like a movie scene. The host was beyond helpful, truly going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I’m so glad I booked this place, such a memorable and beautiful experience!

Best of the best place to stay in Istanbul

We liked the house. It is convenient for family living. There are many attractions nearby - we walked all day around the historical part of the area. Opposite the house there is a restaurant with good traditional cuisine. Wahid is a very nice person. Thank you for your hospitality!

Hakan is a really very friendly person who provides an ecologically valuable house. Everything is very lovingly decorated, from the flowers to the economical rocket stove, which is based on wood gasification and in this way treats very sparingly with the raw material wood.

first of all, if there was anything we needed, Mr. Taygun from us in the most sincere way. She also provided a lot of information about the places to visit and see around. Kind, helpful and hospitable. The place was very clean, the stove burned great, and breakfast on the balcony was amazing. .. a place I can highly recommend with bird sounds, sea and forest views.

Ms. İlkay is very kind and was open, clear, quick to respond to all our questions. We entered the house easily, we left ourselves, which made us feel really at home. The house was clean and tidy, don't hesitate. Kitchen utensils can be increased a little just as a suggestion. Thank you again for everything

The most amazing thing about this apartment is the view from the balcony. You can sit and gaze out at the mountains for hours. And the outdoor space is wonderful, spacious and comfortable. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a touch of luxury about it. Very big comfortable beds and good linen. The sitting area is a tiny bit less comfortable but I think it’s mostly designed for outdoor life! Kitchen is fine. The location is interesting once you take a bit of time getting to know it. We went on a nice walk from nearby the apartment but there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity which seems to consist of quite a few holiday homes. Mostly pretty quiet and you feel secluded and private. You can drive back towards Kas for beaches and ancient sites. Or very easy drive to Antalya for the old city and the beach. And there are amazing restaurants with stunning views all over the area. We had a lovely holiday.

Me and my husband spent 7 days in Mamati's house. Check-in very Easy, even we were late Mamati waited for us. The house Is an old-ottoman house with everything you need, Is very well located in few minutes you have bus 99A, 55 and the line T5 witch will connect you easily with different parts of the city. the house has around good places for breakfast , restaurants and shopping. On top of that the view from the house and terrace Is top!

We were very satisfied with the host and the host we were guests in Cyprus. The location was very advantageous in terms of its calmness and ease of transportation. The house was clean, well maintained and equipped with basic items we needed. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay for both vacation and daily life. We recommend it with peace of mind. Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

Beautiful large studio with a large TV and the latest convenient options. This airbnb is more modern than a 5 star room at the Hilton. When you get outside, there are all kinds of things to do and everything is within reach. This is highly recommended!

Melih's place was exceptionally good! Booked this apartment because of the cozy and homey feel it had, and once checked in, it did not disappoint. Melih was very responsive from the first request, incredibly friendly and helpful host, offered to go above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable unique one in a city I often visit. The check in was smooth and very flexible. As soon as I got to the apartment, I was in awe of how well it was thought of, how clean it was, and I mean extremely clean (this is coming from an OCD person for clean places). there was everything you need for a comfortable stay that felt like staying at a family home. The location is also very convenient as described. Every single detail in the apartment, from the toiletries in the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the ornaments and artwork in the entire apartment, and oh, the googly eyes on simple imperfections to make them humorous, and I cannot stop mentioning how clean the floors and carpets were. Thank you!
