Short stay in February: great value for the money. The apartment is nicely renovated and furnished and it includes everything you need to cook. Comfort and nice view! Great apartment in a good area! Very close to the shopping street İstiklal and Taksim square. The apartment is much larger than shown in the photo. It has everything you need, as well as many interesting additional details that creative people will like. The bedroom windows overlook the courtyard, so it is quiet and calm at night. The house was quite clean and tidy. Since Kadikoy is quite close to the metro, I had no problems with transportation. Since Ms. Gülay sent it up to the photo of the building entrance, we were able to check in easily. I didn't have any problems with communication, she was helpful with everything.

We spent a week with our family of three in August. The place where we stayed was a detached two-story house in a quiet corner of Gumusluk, in the garden, the upper floor was reserved for guests and fully arranged. Our hosts were friendly, friendly, welcoming people. It was a nice vacation for us. I will always remember it as a place that I can recommend to my friends and friends with peace of mind.

We booked Erkans house for 8 nights but had to leave after 1 night because of problems with the hot water. It was very cold when we arrived and it took some time to heat up the house. We think the house is very nice and authentic but maybe better when the temperatures are a bit higher. We loved the privacy and the dogs. We think Erkan is a great host, he really tried to help us and it was not his fault with the hot water, it had never happened before. Erkan helped us with the cancellation of the booking and made clear he did not want us to pay at all. We really appreciated that and we recomment the house to other guests, only not with temparatures below zero.

brother Hamdi is such a good host that I can hardly describe him no matter what I say about him. He is a very friendly, very helpful person. He greeted us the moment we first stepped on the island and helped us with all our requests with all kinds of questions. He even made us a nice island trip. as stated in the advertisement, it is a beautifully furnished house with 6 rooms, a hot pool and a sauna. Although not in each room, 7 toilets are quite sufficient. Since there is no shower cabin in the bathroom in the room, it was not preferred to take a bath in the toilets in the room. The hot pool was warm from the moment we arrived, it was very pleasant to enter the pool in the cold. It was very successful. It was pleasant to have a view of the kitchen. The kitchen items were comfortable enough for us to stay for 10 people. Since it is centrally located, the alternative to meet your needs is plenty.

Pelin's airbnb was as beautiful and cozy as the pictures promised. It was easily accessible and very close to central and renowned areas including Istiklal, Pera and Galata. Pelin was very responsive and kind, offering suggestions on airport transfers and welcoming us in person despite the late hour. We would be happy to come back to her place!

The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

Furkan had a lot of patience, we arrived at night and took longer than we told and waited for us. I help us change the euros for Turkish liras and recommended tourist places to visit. My reason for the trip was a surgery and he cared about my health, he even sent us gift desserts. We needed a bigger pan to cook and I immediately send a new one to the airbnb.
