As a group of friends living in Istanbul, we had calm and peace for a short time. The house was very clean, with usable space and facilities, I can say that there was nothing more. Honey and Caramel became a good friend and accompanied us. This made us feel at home. The host, Ms. Zeynep, was very caring. We did not even need to ask questions with the information she provided on the day of check-in. In short, we thank him for allowing us to have a very nice and pleasant time with everything. ☺️

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at Ali's flat. it is a beautiful space, tastefully and uniquely decorated and including all the needed amenities. Ali went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and was always friendly and responsive. I would totally stay here again.

place was nice, clean and enough rooms and beds. close to the beach and stores. we came while it was cold but in summer I am sure the pool will add extra enjoyment. communication was quick and instructions clear. thanks for hosting us .

Nice apartment in a quiet area. It was very clean and all the necessary attributes for a wonderful stay . There are many restaurants around , a 15-minute walk to the sights. There is parking nearby, which is very convenient when you travel by car. I recommend to everyone and will stay myself for the next visit. Thank you

Hello, Mr. Aytaç * 's house was exactly as seen in the photos and very clean. The House and Items were sufficient and very pleasant, everything worked smoothly. The view was even better than the location of the house and Kursunlu Bay, we had a really kwyif and comfortable stay in the valley with a very beautiful bay, cats, dogs and cats in the valley, thank you.

Very cute village house, everything you need in the house. It has a magnificent garden. It is right in Kayaköy and on foot, you can easily reach everything you need and you have the opportunity to visit the historical Kayaköy. 20 min by car to the city center I recommend going to the cold water bay, we love it. We are always traveling with our dog. The garden of the house is very suitable for the dog. But we had a very sad incident the day we checked in. Our dog beat up one of the chickens around the house and killed him. We also apologize to my host for this again. Also, thank you so much for your understanding. I am really sorry. In summary, we came back with a lot of pleasure from our holiday. Be sure to experience this house. I love it. Happy holidays to everyone in advance.

We arrived at the villa in the middle of the night. Check-in worked out great with a keybox around the house. The villa is equipped with everything you need and all the items were fine in the condition. There is a television with German programs. But the best part is the great view from the pool terrace and balconies to the city and sea. We especially enjoyed it in the evening. We also didn't bother with the occasional calls of the muezzin from the nearby mosque. Thank you for the time.

The environment of the villa is very warm and ideal for crowded families. The rooms and all the details in the house are beautiful individually and the fireplace adds a different atmosphere to the villa. Would definitely recommend.

Nice holiday spot In principle, there is everything you need for life, and if something is not there, you can ask the staff. Great location, 3 minutes to the sea, shops nearby. It is important that there was heating, for January this is a significant plus.

The villa was perfect for our group (7 adults). To have an infinity pool and our own platform into the sea was incredible. Loved everything about it.

We had a peaceful time in this wonderful house where we came for a honeymoon. We embraced it as our own home. Even though it was the end of October, we were still able to get into the pool. Thank you, we'd love to come back

Myself and my wife stayed with Baris for 2 months while remote working in Turkey. Baris was the perfect host and assisted us whenever needed. We loved the farmhouse, with its pool on the roof. We are familiar with the area and booked knowing that the location was rural. We used taxis, local busses, or walked, to get around, but if on holiday a car is advisable. We can’t thank Baris enough for his hospitality and we would recommend to anyone to stay with him. We look forward to returning in the future as friends.

Everything was better than we expected. Place has a magnificent view. It’s 20 minutes walking from place to the Kas center. Very recommended!

Vicky’s place in Kayaköy was exactly what we were looking for- a quiet oasis in a beautiful garden, with a great pool- the perfect retreat after exploring the vibrant and stunning surrounding area. Coming home to the cosy cottage and being able to make a fire after the sun went down (and became chilly), it was a great way to relax after a day of hiking, swimming or boating. Vicky had great tips and recommendations and we really enjoyed the Cin Bal Turkish barbecue experience! The local village had everything one needed, and the local corner market is great, with some of the best filled filo rolls around! We highly recommend the area, there’s plenty to see and do, and the fig cottage is a homely and spacious space we would love to come back too.

The location of the house is very comfortable in terms of its proximity to the bazaar. The view and the balcony of the house were our favorite area. Everyone was very interested from our hotel check-in to our checkout. Thanks so much, see you again I am sure that we will always want to stay here when we are on our way back to Büyükada.
