A wonderful house. The garden and poolside are very enjoyable. A perfect choice for a large group of friends in a peaceful environment. The host Nur is very polite and very helpful. We also thank her for the breakfast treats. The architecture of the house is also magnificent.

We are very satisfied with our stay in the form of 10 adults and 3 infants. The house was spotless. Everything was available for the babies and us to be comfortable. Mr. Kemal was responsive to our every need. We had a smooth and pleasant holiday. We left everything as we found it and left the house in a pleasant and happy way. We'd prefer it again.

My wife and i with our dog had enjoyed very much staying there,, cozy and peaceful in the middle of forest and mountain,, breathtaking views and nature, the house felt like home,, we wanted to live there forever far away from the city madness. We differently go again. The host and Mr Mehmet was always responsive and helpful. Ww strongly recommend you to go there.

the ideal place for a peaceful weekend away

It was a great place to stay for both short and long stays, everything matches the photos, the inside is very clean. The host is responsive, assisted with all issues that may have arisen. The yard is not expensive, however the property is only 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop to Oludeniz or Fethiye. We chose to stay in Kayaköy as there is clean mountain air and wonderful nature. We really enjoyed our stay at this villa!

My wife and daughter and I had a very comfortable, comfortable and beautiful holiday. We had a calm and peaceful stay in an extremely beautiful stone villa. The 3 villas inside are far enough from each other to provide you with a private space. The pool in the middle is very clean and daily maintenance and cleaning. Ms. Vera is warm and helpful. It brings together German quality and Turkish hospitality. You arrive right away when you need it. Other than that, it doesn't seem like much. It gives you a lot of space to experience your private time. Their approach was very pleasant. There is no need to tell you about the Orhaniye experience. Max. half an hour everywhere. In the last week of September, we had a very pleasant holiday at Ms. Şeyda's house, the house was sparkling clean, the linens, towels,kitchen utensils, everything was considered according to the needs. We really had a nice holiday by feeling at home. The location of the house was also quiet and very close to the center by car, even though it was not very close to the center. We also loved the Şirinköy Akçapınar locations, and the coffee shops, which were very close to the house, and the restaurants were both cozy and stylish places with vision. I'm sure we'll miss the house and want to come back:)

We had an unforgettable stay at Ayse Hanim and Cemal Bey’s villa in Iznik. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us like family, filling the void of being away from loved ones. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. The villa itself is a hidden gem, nestled between lush olive groves and the serene lake, offering breathtaking views and a perfect escape into nature. We even brought our dog, who enjoyed the spacious, tranquil surroundings as much as we did. This place provided more than just a stay—it gave us beautiful, lasting memories. Highly recommended for anyone seeking both peace and connection!

Brother Alim is very kind and friendly, he helped us at every stage, and his conversation was very enjoyable. We feel like we made a friend. The place fully met our expectations, a peaceful place in nature. I would say that if the expectation of a full chalet, cleanliness and comfort is adjusted accordingly, you will find a number 10 place. A lovely wooden house with a wood stove where those who enjoy outdoor activities can find comfort. We have experienced the life of seclusion in our imaginary.

We had a great time! The host was very friendly and helped us get around. The location is beautiful. It is right next to many touristic places and removed enough, so you can have privacy. Definitely recommended!

We went with 15 adults and everyone stayed comfortably. The beds had enough comforters. We did all our shopping and went and never left the house. It was the most peaceful and beautiful holiday we had in a long time. Although the weather was wet, windy and cold, the house was extremely hot and we felt very comfortable. The furniture was new, the inside was extremely clean, the kitchen was very useful. The firewood was ready in the garden, so we never had any heating problems. There were wooded and wooded places to hike around the house, and it was extremely easy to get to. Ms. Pınar's communication was very good and she always responded to all our questions within 5 minutes or less and guided us very well. Incredibly good host, thank you so much for this wonderful experience. We will definitely visit again.

This was the second time we stayed at Blue Lagoon- in a large group using a couple of villas- and we would happily come again. There was a new covered terrace with sun loungers overlooking the sea and the café was open this time, both welcome additions. House is clean and spacious, quiet location with the most amazing views and friendly staff. Highly recommend to anyone without mobility issues- there are lots of steps. But for that you get the view.

We loved our stay, the place is beautiful, the animals charming and Zehra very helpful. The place is a little far from amenities so having a car to get around is probably a good idea. Would love to come back and stay longer to be able to enjoy the quiet location better.

We entered the house before the sunset in the evening and were enchanted the moment we entered the door. The house is furnished with impeccable taste, never drowned, but whatever you need is at your fingertips. The morning sun spans the entire living room from the right front and evening sun to the entire living room from the left front. We went as a large group of friends, it was a great relaxing holiday. The house is on land as seen in the photos and a house that will be very comfortable with privacy. The sound insulation inside the house is also very good, even if someone continues to sit in the living room when you close the doors of the rooms, you will not be disturbed. The heating issue has definitely been resolved very successfully, we never got cold in the house unless we went out for smoking. The fireplace is a delight. The host is very caring and polite, definitely very responsive. There are one or two extremely friendly dogs around, we loved and played when we entered the house, and the whole holiday slept in front of the outside door and protected us for themselves:) You can think about them and take them with you.

We stayed as a large group and we were all very satisfied with the house. If you come by car, you will not have any difficulty everywhere, we had a problem once or twice since we stayed in the most crowded time of the island, but thanks to Reyhan Abi, he was very interested in finding a taxi, and even in the evening when we couldn't find a taxi, the Polente lighthouse himself left us with a car. When we couldn't find a place in the restaurants, she arranged a very nice place for us. Also, the gift of homemade wine was very nice. The fact that the house is completely away from the rumble of the island, we loved the view of the gokyuzu, completely covered with stars at night. Thank you again for everything😊

Mustafa's place was even better than in the pictures. Clean, spacious, all necessary amenities included. Each room had AC and thr area was in general very quiet. The neighbors on the floor below, are the friendliest people and were always happy to help. I stayed 4 nights with my parents and they were really happy. We will visit again! Teşekkür ederim!

The house is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. The caretaker is very responsible and always ready to help. The landlord is generous, kind, and very friendly. Highly recommended!

First of all, Ms. Gözde's approach to every question and request made me very happy. They were also very understanding to our flexible hour request. We went as a crowded team. We did not have any problems with the heating, but you can imagine that the floors are cold, so it will be very useful to take slippers with you when you come. There is a petroleum office 3 km away in the vicinity, otherwise I recommend taking care of all your needs in advance. Needless to say for the studio, it was gorgeous. We all left very happy, it will definitely not be our last time, we kiss our🩷 working sister a lot, her attention since we arrived made our vacation unforgettable🫶🏻

I chanced upon Gulgun’s little Sunset point and from the very first moment, I knew I would stay here. And now that I have, I can say, it was totally worth it. Gulgun’s help, support and recommendations gave me a strong base to work from. The location is cosy, playful and filled with peace. Windy nights drew strong rustling, while quiet nights you could listen to the light wind. There is something for everybody to listen in or tune out to. The bathroom was bright and always well lit by great light. The kitchen and everything in it always worked and you could just kick back and live it all.
