I cannot make any bad comments about the accommodation. Perfect for crowded groups, enough rooms and toilets, bathrooms.. every room has an air conditioner. 8 min drive to Dalyan. Close to airport.. clean and safe!

Great place to stay if you plan to visit Ayvalik. The house is a wonderful place filled with lovely people and animals. The view is amazing and the sea just nearby. In addition, there’s a busstop next to the apartment which will bring you directly to the city. The apartment gives you decent place to cook or just enjoy the night. You will find everything needed. On top of that, the hosts are extremely lovely people, so you will feel like home from the very start. The place is a total recommendation!

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

Where to start, Ekin is by far the best host I have came across on Airbnb - he is kind, friendly and goes above and beyond for guests! The place is beautiful with a stunning garden to catch the morning sunshine, it is very clean and tidy, matching the description and photos - the only difference is the sofa has moved, I can honestly say I feel at home here and the vibe is very cosy and homely! He has ensured I have all I need as well as even allowing me to use his bike when needed. The location is nice as it’s not right in the mix of things, but is a short escoot/taxi ride into Fethiye centre… even walkable if you’d like to take in the lovely surroundings more - no more than a 5/10 minute walk to Çalis beachfront too! I have decided to extend my stay here due to how comfortable I feel here - thankyou Ekin! You are much appreciated.

First of all, the compound where the house is located is full of friendly people. We were very welcomed as a family. The beach of the compound was also very nice, there was a sand beach. The location of the house was close to many places to visit. Our host was very interested. The kitchen had everything to use. Everything was thought out down to the smallest detail. You can choose with peace of mind. The terrace of the house had an incredible view. It was a very pleasant holiday.

Ramazan was a great host. He let me check in early as I was moving from another location where I’d had to check out already. The property was just as it was advertised as well. He was also extremely proactive in his offers of support. He checked in a few times throughout my stay to ensure everything was as expected and to see if I had any questions. Overall, I’d stay here again - price, location, and overall accommodation just can’t be beat.

It was a very pleasant and peaceful place, we were very well hosted by the hosts, the transportation to the center was 5 minutes by car, and if we come to Bozcaada again, it is a place where we will stay
