Whether you want to go boating on the lake, hike at the nearby Tims Ford State Park, or just get together with family and friends, look no further! This large open concept, cozy, spacious, 3-level home is all you will need. Brand new furnishings and mattresses! Our space also includes 5 large 4K ROKU TVs.

The Blair House at Normandy

Enjoy a private suite in a 124-year-old Victorian home nestled in a historic village and conveniently located near a highway intersection. The state's oldest railroad line came through Normandy in 1853 and has frequent trains whistling for a crossing near our front porch. Some folks find trains romantic. Others, not so much. Attractions include George Dickel, Jack Daniels and Nearest Green distilleries, river kayaking, a lake beach for swimming, dining and unique shops, all within 20 minutes.

Be one with nature at this unique, tranquil getaway on Tim’s Ford Lake. Enjoy the two fireplaces in a “rustic” meets “modern” log cabin on 10 acres of privacy that is adjoined to over 2000 acres of park land. There is 450 ft of lake front & private dock to store your boat/toys, but the dock is not usable Nov 1 to April 1. Enjoy nature walks, spend lake time with friends or just relax taking in the amazingly beautiful views, hot tub and amenities. This truly is our happy place.

Circle C Alpaca Farm - Entire apartment

No cleaning fees and we don’t ask our guests to do chores! Enjoy our detached 1-bedroom apartment on our 21-acre working alpaca farm. Country peace but close to Shelbyville, Tullahoma, and Lynchburg. Sleeps up to 3 guests on a king-sized bed and a full-size pull-out couch. There is also a twin-sized roll-away bed stored in the bedroom's walk-in closet. During your stay enjoy feeding, petting, or just watching the alpacas and llamas, or sitting on the swing down near the creek.

Mulberry Cottage Guest House was built in the late 1800's. It is nestled under shade trees and surrounded by hydrangeas in the front. The cottage is located behind the library at the only traffic light in historic Lynchburg, home of the oldest registered distillery in the United States and the cottage is within walking distance, so what are you waiting for? Our 13 acre farm is home to Nigerian Dwarf goats, Santa Gerturdus cattle, a couple of horses, and the Labs and barn cats that run the operation. Come enjoy some down time in a quiet country setting with friendly farm animals.
