Nearby are also Makarska, Trogir and the Dalmatian islands can be visited by ferry or tour boat a day trip from Split and Omis. There is only one road along the coast from the city of Split towards the city of Omiš. It is called "Jadranska magistrala" and it can take you all the way to the city of Dubrovnik.
