Was a great alternative to hotel. The place was clean and comfortable and loved being right on the water. The host Rachel was very communicative and was a pleasure to deal with.

Felt very cozy and right at home the neighborhood was very peaceful and the house was perfect for small children with the front and back porch gates.

We’ve now stayed at this location for FOUR family vacations. Even with some hiccups this year, we hope to return again for a fifth. I cannot say enough about the thoughtfulness of the host, the natural beauty in this remote location, or the peace that being off the beaten path brings! Thank you Jessica, Pelican Perch, and Panacea for yet another wonderful trip - we all hope will all our hearts to see you again next year!

Shame on the clowns who gave this place less than 5 stars. Champagne tastes with a beer budget. If you wanted to be a critic so bad you should’ve took your ass up the road to all the million-dollar beach houses…but you didn’t. you booked this place cause it was easy on your wallet. Then had the audacity to make your little critiques. All the folks crying about the home condition or hearing people upstairs…then PAY for a whole home! Some kid from Jersey complaining about the water color lol…dude PAY more money and go to the Florida Keys! Folks this place has everything you need for a secluded, private, nature getaway, for a STELLAR PRICE. Bravo to Linda. They did exactly what they needed to do with this one. It’s too bad there aren’t more like it around. probably because the general public is rotten and loves to nitpick at fantastic gems like this one. Would love to stay again. Thank you Linda for providing an affordable option to experience a Forgotten Coast island mini vacation! ⭐️⭐️⭐
