Monthly Rentals in Truth or Consequences

Very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Plus downtown was only a 10 minute walk away.  Josh was friendly and gave excellent instructions even before I arrived. 

I highly recommend Molly’s house! She was very fast to respond to any questions! Left a sweet note and pumpkin bread (delicious!!!). Great recommendations as well. We’ve already decided anytime we go we will be renting her spot again! Just beware, you won’t want to get out of bed! Heat mattress on them as well! I’m a host as well and I got a lot of great ideas from her place! Thank you so much for accommodating us last minute!

What a peaceful and beautiful getaway to a charming and friendly art community in SW New Mexico! From start to finish, we had only great communication with John. We got to chat with him in person during the week as he was working on a project nearby, and he was so insightful with local recommendations. The home was spacious and comfortable for 2, well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, and absolutely lovely. Such beautiful art! The neighborhood was safe, walkable, and peaceful. We found that many nearby shops and restaurants had mid-day/weekend hours, but we cooked a lot and explored farther out, too. John suggested an early start for White Sands Nat'l Park to beat the heat - great advice. Awesome stay! If we're in the area again, we'd stay here in a heartbeat.
