This clean, cozy, comfortable, well furnished 1 Bd 1 bath is great for weekend get away or longer stay. (Its discounted for longer term bookings--type in your date range over 28 days to see lower price). Very nice quality queen bed. + couch/futon, Small dining area Smart TV, Dedicated workspace (desk, office chair, surge protector, free Wifi). Laundry on site. Central location walk to everywhere, yet exceptionally peaceful due to natural boundaries between the property and its neighbors.

New custom warm spring mineral tub is complete!! Super clean small studio unit with Full size bed, dining table, tiled shower, apartment stove & full fridge.There is an upstairs apartment above this one that often has guests and it can be noisy. It is a private cozy studio.

The unit does not have a washer and dryer; however, we are in the process of having an onsite laundry room service. The studio has its own assigned 1 vehicle parking right in front of the unit. It's 3 minutes away from downtown, 5 minutes away from Hot Springs, and 15 minutes away from Elephant Butte.
