Beautiful location, kind hosts, well-stocked and well-functioning kitchen/shower etc. no complaints, good parking

we had an amazing time with Rene and his wife. the place was well stocked and rhe beds were comfortable. Isenfluh is very peaceful. don't forget to take the gondola to the top of the hill for more beautiful views and delicious fondu!

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had absolutely stunning views — especially of the nearby waterfalls. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet. It made our trip incredibly enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area — we’d definitely stay here again!

Paul & Ursula's place was the perfect spot to explore the absolutely beautiful Jungfrau region. Ursula gave us a warm welcome, sharing helpful advice both before arrival and for our stay. It's close to the train station which makes for really easy travel around the region, but you can also do a lot just walking out the front door. Lauterbrunnen is a beautiful valley to explore, and has everything you need including a coop supermarket and restaurants etc. We also had an amazing time exploring Grindelwald (and Grindelwald First), Kleine Sheidegg and Wengen, Lake Brienz, Interlaken, Harder Kulm, and Aare Gorge. Ursula & Paul's place was a great base to head back to, great shower, comfy bed, and everything we needed to cook for ourselves. We absolutely recommend Lauterbrunnen as a beautiful place to visit and absolutely recommend Ursula & Paul's as the perfect base to explore from. We'd love to be back!

The place is few mins walk from the train station between Interlaken and Grindelwald, also accessible to Lauterbrunnen. The area is surrounded by nature and offers stunning views of the mountains. The house was well cleaned and prepared, everything matched the description and photos. The host Flora responded quickly. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend a comfortable weekend/holidays around Grindelwald.

The view is everything! Must have a car if in this area, garage is provided and nice to have. The washer and dryer is very convenient. Home is well depicted in pictures. Television is upstairs only. A big plus is the access to the hotel spa and pool, very conveniently located just a 2 min walk. The mattress in our opinion was far too soft for our liking but that is our preference. Overall nice place and would recommend. If we are looking to stay in the same area again we would be happy to come back.

This was a lovely presented flat in an extremely beautiful and peaceful town. Great location for walks and restaurants and plenty to see and do. Would highly recommend.

This is the second year we have stayed at the chalet and would return each time we visit Lauterbrunnen. This time we decided to stay a week. We feel right at home and have everything we need. Check in is smooth. It is a bit of a workout to get there, but so worth it. The view is peaceful and beautiful. We spent a good bit of time just sitting in front of the open windows listening to the cow bells across the valley. We can't think of any other place we'd want to stay if we are visiting. Thank you for offering this great accommodation.

Simone was an awesome host! Very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We were out of coffee and even though stores were closed she managed to get some delivered. The WiFi was the only negative of this stay. It did not work well, but we were there for the views so it was not a big deal. We loved being outside the city and had the best views of the mountains and lake. Would definitely stay here again:)

This place is super cozy and lovely! The furniture is stylish and comfortable, giving off a warm and homey vibe. The location is great – everything is nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, which made it really convenient for cooking. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant stay. The apartment itself is a haven—nestled by the shimmering lake, floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the water and surrounding mountains, flooding the space with natural light. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and we're extremely grateful. Absolutely beautiful place/view. This is a car-free village and you do have to take a 10 minute train ride up to it. I was nervous about this, but it made our entire experience even better. The village is very peaceful but plenty to do. There are many amazing hikes to do beginning at the village. Highly recommend.

A tranquil place in one of the most draw dropping locations on Earth. Perfect for 1-2 people or a small family. Has all the amenities you need for a self-catered stay including supplied linen, towels, bedding, and kitchen utensils including cutlery, pots, pans, cleaning equipment etc.. Lots of great hiking trails at your doorstep, and the perfect location to sit down with a coffee or hot chocolate and relax. I visited in early Summer and it was a fantastic getaway. You're close enough to Mürren to duck down to the shops or a cafe/restaurant, but far enough away from all the other tourists. Getting to the chalet is also straight forward, especially by public transport and walking, though be prepared for a steep walk up the road from Mürren if the Allmendhubel is not operating - but it's all part of the experience! Simon was excellent and answered any questions I had, and the chalet was very clean and well organised. I can't wait to go back!

I came to Switzerland on Airbnb for my honeymoon, and it was in better condition than the 5-star hotel, and the host was so good at managing the house that I didn't leave a soup. I told my husband that I would stay here next time. The location was so good that it was good to move around. The view from the terrace was so touch that I couldn't really talk.

The hosts have thought of everything and more to make your stay comfortable! They were very responsive and went above and beyond to help us with some additional items we needed. The space was clean and peaceful. We cooked every morning and almost every night, and we had everything we needed. The sofa bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on! As others noted, it is quite a walk (and mostly uphill on the way from town). Definitely recommend calling the taxi when you arrive to make it easier with luggage (and locating the house) - we thought we could do it and it was tough! Recommend their place above and beyond - just make sure you’ve considered that lengthy walk at the beginning and end of day, especially if you have kids and if weather is rainy (as it was most of our stay).

Lovely apartment just outside Lauterbrunnen, with very friendly host family. Were easy to reach by phone, had no problem with the fact that we arrived 2 days later due to illness. The location of the apartment is just outside of Lauterbrunnen, but you can take the bus right at your doorstep to Stechelberg or Lauterbrunnen for free (every 30 minutes in winter). The apartment had everything you need and was very cozy. The hosts live above the apartment, so are super easy to reach and were also extremely accommodating otherwise. Would definitely do that again!

INCREDIBLE!! The photos don’t do justice to just how truly incredible this place is. I would recommend 10/10 times and would come back in a second. Marlise, her husband Chrigel and son Mike were all incredibly kind and welcoming, helping us get a more local experience. The apartment itself has everything you need, and is located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train/boat station, restaurants and grocery stores. The hot tub/ sauna and outdoor shower, mixed with the view make this place a relaxing paradise.

Once we arrived Bart greatest is. He was extremely friendly and answered any questions we had. His place was clean and it was definitely what was pictured. The location was peaceful and the ability to sit in the Hot tub in the evening time and gaze out at the mountains and listen to the cowbells. I would highly recommend this place.
