It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. Najbližje plaže v Ankaranu je oddaljena 4 km približno 7 km pa je do nove plaže v Kopru. V bližini je trgovina, pošta, bari, slaščičarna. Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Above the house is a walking trail, and below it flows a stream. Perfect peace and privacy.
