Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Die Lage ist super – ruhig und charmant und allem in der Nähe, das man braucht. außerdem ganz nah am Piazzale Roma und damit gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn dort, die Treppen waren für uns kein Problem – mit kleineren Kindern könnte das aber schwierig sein. Sara war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Arianna e suo marito sono stati molto gentili e avendo bambini piccoli ci hanno dato la possibilità del check in anticipato. Giardino comodissimo e riparato, con verde ben tenuto e giochi per bambini. Interno spazioso e curato, molto funzionale. Asciugamani e lenzuola fornite e ben tenute. Cucina superaccessoriata. Comodo il luogo per raggiungere Venezia sia con autobus da Mestre che con traghetto a 5 minuti di distanza dell'alloggio. Comoda la tettoia per parcheggiare la macchina al riparo.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful 5 days in Venice. The apartment was immaculate and beautiful location on a canal. Paolo the host could not do enough for us. He helped with our transfer from the airport and booked our water taxi transfer back to the airport. He met us as soon as we arrived to make sure we found the apartment and even though we were early we were able to store our bags in the apartment. Paolo then showed us where the local restaurants were. We ate in this area a number of times. Lovely restaurants. I would 100% recommend this accommodation. It is of high spec with added special touches like a welcome food pack and extra pillows. Beds are very comfortable and it’s nice to have the courtyard too. Only about 25 minute walk to St Mark’s Square. Do not hesitate to book this apartment. Thank Paolo for a lovely stay.

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

What a great place to stay while visiting Venice! The apartment has plenty of room, a modern kitchen, and the private courtyard was much bigger than we expected. Perfect location close to great food and coffee. Highly recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend Nicolas apartment if you are staying in Venice. The area is private and easy to get away from the tourist hordes. A great restaurant and bakery 2 minute away. Close to boats and railway station. A beautiful place to stay and Nicola is super helpful.

Fabulous apartment. Very clean with comfortable bed, hot water, plenty of towels, all kitchen facilities needed for basic meals. The apartment is on the second floor which makes it feel very safe, and there is a small lift. It is a great location, easy to walk to the old town with all the squares, shops and restaurants you could need. We got a taxi from Padova station for 10 euros but Elena gave very helpful information on how to get a bus or tram. Ideal place to stay for a long weekend to explore Padova and take a train straight to Venice if you wanted to. Elena is an extremely helpful host. Very proactive with her messages and quick to reply to any questions i had. Thoroughly recommend.

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

Brilliant apartment and quiet location - which was lovely. Easy walk into tourists areas and beyond. Close to the waterbus stop to travel up and down the river and for travel for and to the train station. Will definitely use this apartment again for return trips. Fantastic!

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

We stayed at the apartment for one night and had a great experience. The place was super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very helpful and responsive, making check-in smooth and answering any questions quickly. Perfect spot for a short stay with friends - would definitely recommend!

Excelente alojamiento, se puede tomar el bus cerca al apartamento para ir a Venecia. pero lo mejor fue la atención de Sara y su familia, son muy amables, volvería sin duda a alejarme aquí

Apartamentul este intr-o zona linistita. in apropiere sunt multe mijloace de transport si se poate ajunge la Venetia cu un autobuz direct (nr. 2). Gazda a fost foarte amabila, a raspuns repede de fiecare data si ne-a ajutat cu informatii utile.

We had a great stay at this property. The courtyard is a lovely bonus. Novella was responsive and the location is fabulous.

Such a cool apartment right near the bus, so you can easily get to Venice in 20min. Gabriele was awesome to deal with. Very nice guy and happy to answer any questions you have. The apartment is in a really cool neighborhood with friendly people. Definitely do check out the pizza place (Da Luca) at the end of the road.

Todo estuvo perfecto, es lindo, cómodo y estaba en perfectas condiciones de limpieza. La ubicación también está muy bien para visitar Venecia. La parada de colectivo está a 2 m caminando. Federica nos recibió muy amablemente. Recomiendo mucho este departamento!

We loved Elisa's place! There was plenty of room to relax in, and the terrace was delightful. Elisa is a fantastic hostess -- very helpful and friendly, and when she found out that we were interested in music and art, she sent us information about a number of upcoming performances on the island. She was wonderful about answering our various questions, and very concerned that we had everything we needed. We most definitely recommend Elisa's place.
