Alessandro's Apartment is beautiful! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, as well as everything in the house. All-new! Wonderful silence to sleep and the privilege of waking up looking at the trees. Me and my family love everything! Alessandro gave us useful recommendations on how to get around without a car in the city. Has been kind in several situations. I'm sure I'll be back for days of rest. All amazing! Thank you!

Great place overall, despite the squeaky bunk bed (which i told the owner already and hope he will fix it for next cust) all good. The owner helped me arrange a transport last minute as well, which is really helpful.

We had great service and liked the location with excellent views from the suite. The space could have been somewhat cleaner (i.e. floors, mirrors), though linens were clean and the bed was fantastic. There was a delay on check in due to traffic, but this was a very busy time in Rome and is fully understandable given the new pope being installed and the Jubilee.

Excellent place to stay when exploring Rome, we walked to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon and the Colosseum among others. It was also relatively quiet at night. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment is very nice, quiet and you can enjoy some nature and the outdoors . Daniela and her mom have been very kind and decisive. And the neighborhood is lovely with a bit of life and very local people. Undoubtedly we recommend it above all for long stays as it rests very well .

Angelo is an extremely nice person and has a beautiful apartment. It is on the top floor and the balcony has a beautiful view. Very comfortable and clean. There isnt wifi but that was okay for us. Great stay

Aure and Max welcomed us very warmly. The beautiful property invites you to relax through the old olive trees. We were particularly pleased that we were allowed to use the vegetable garden created by Aure and Max. It is very quiet and the accommodation is divided in such a way that we were allowed to use one half of the garden alone and privately. The interiors had everything we needed. Within walking distance is the campsite in the neighborhood. There is a beautiful beach and lake access here. Everything else is easily accessible by car. Aure gave us a lot of recommendations as a guide and there were also some interesting books about Rome and the Bracciano area at the property. The only suggestion for improvement would be the water supply. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a relaxed and great time with Aure and Max. We will come back very gladly!!

Sabina's house is located in a very good location. Close to public transport [metro, bus, tram]. There are many shops, restaurants, bars nearby. Still, it's peaceful. The home is equipped with everything you need and even a package of hygiene items that you may have forgotten to bring. Sabina's place is very spacious, yet cozy, perfect for a family. It has an internal terrace where we had breakfast every day. The photos are of the actual condition of the house. There's an angle for everyone, but also a shared gathering space. Sabina greeted us in person and showed us around the house, explained everything, gave us tips. She's very friendly and communicative. She even made the first shopping. A really recommendable place. A very good base for exploring Rome as well as the surrounding area.

Everything went great. Our host was great and took care about our transport from airport to the apartment. The apartment has everything and it is very well equipt. Metro station is 10min walk from the apartment. I would recommend it to everyone.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

A good host and a home that matches the description is rare to find these days on AirBnb. Gian Piero’s home was exactly as described and he was a very proactive, responsive host. I wish more AirBnBs are as smooth and accurate as my experience. Easy 5/5 stars.

My mom and I stayed here for a week with our "little dog" (medium-large size). The house is surrounded by greenery, in a well-kept and quiet place. Donato and his family were very nice and helpful from the day we arrived. Highly recommended!!

Great location by the sea, the host offers a ride to the airport for a better price than Uber. Everything was great.

We enjoyed staying here in May. It was a great location that we were able to walk to a lot of places from, with shops and restaurants nearby. It was a little difficult for us to find the entrance, but easy to get in once we did. It took us a few times to realize there were light switches for the hallway/stairwell near every door that we could use to light our way! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for all our junk, not to mention cold water in the fridge when we arrived, which was much needed! The rooftop with views of Sant'Agnese next door was wonderful and we spent time eating and journaling out there. We would have liked a toaster oven or instructions for the oven, but we figured out how to use the oven for our toast. We also didn't find instructions for the AC and couldn't figure out how to turn it off like we were asked to do at check out.

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

The apartment was very well located right across the street from the Colosseum and just a short walk to the Metro station. The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was a perfect place to stay for our visit to Rome.

This is such a beautiful apartment, very well appointed and in a great location. You can walk everywhere which is helpful with the Rome traffic and despite being so central (15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain) it’s lovely and quiet at night. The terraces are beautiful and catch the sun all day long. Rudi was very responsive and friendly from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend.
