Bring your suit from April to October for use of the salt water pool. We are 3/4 of a mile from I-20 and in very close proximity to Augusta, Columbia. Welcome to this peaceful, centrally-located private apartment, just minutes from Aiken Airport and I-20 highway. A few things to note: We kindly ask that you park only in the driveway spot in front of the door. No pets are allowed, as our dog doesn’t get along with other animals. Our kids play outside during the day, so it might be lively, but evenings are calm and serene. We’re looking forward to hosting you and hope you’ll feel right at home!

It's completely private with its own entrance, kitchen, fridge, queen bed suite, walk-in closet, 65" flat screen with cable tv, hair dryer, microwave, fast wi-fi. I-20: 3 mins away I-25: 2 mins away Augusta National: 15 mins away Quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night. Walmart super center is 3 minutes away. Washer and Dryer are not available.

Pets welcome but no pitt bulls or Rottweiler it’s a 25 pet fee max 2 must be on leash outdoors . & have their paws clipped to not scratch hardwood floors . Thanks
