Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tre Capitelli

Great flat in a great location. Wonderfully situated in the Old Town, makes exploring the area very convenient. I can and would definitely recommend it.

Siamo stati ospiti de ‘La Casa di Leo’ in occasione di un weekend sulla neve. Già dal primo contatto, Carlo si è presentato come una persona amichevole e disponibilissima. Prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha mostrato con dei video le modalità di ingresso per accedere allo stabile e all’appartamento rendendo il check in in autonomia una vera comodità. In casa, l’ambiente si presentava pulito ed in ordine. Avremmo gradito una maggiore attenzione igienica per il kit biancheria perché non odorava di pulito anche se non si presentava utilizzato nè sporco. Un po’ scomodi i due materassi singoli della seconda camera. Nel complesso, a nostro parere si tratta di una struttura accogliente, in una posizione comoda agli impianti sciistici della zona e gestita da un altrettanto valido host.

Ottimo soggiorno in questo alloggio che si trova in una posizione fantastica , quasi prospiciente il ponte pietra e con affaccio sull'Adige . direi consigliato

We had a lovely stay, it was a 7 minute drive to central sirmione which was the purpose of our visit, nice and clean and spacious apartment and lovely host who looked after us well with clear instructions on how to get in and find the apartment etc, great communication and was very kind :)!

Appartement moderne et design, fonctionnel et propre. Très bien situé au centre de la ville basse mais dans une rue très tranquille. Parking à disposition, salle de sport dans l’immeuble, résidence très bien sécurisée.

Very comfortable, exceptionally well equipped and stylish. Fantastic views of the city. In the afternoon and evening the apartment was bathed in sunlight. Parking permit was a bonus in a busy city area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. I stayed here with my wife and our four children, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent, the neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the small touches inside the apartment made a big difference. Thank you so much for hosting us — we would definitely love to come back again in the future! Highly recommended for families!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man erreicht alles wunderbar zu Fuß. Dadurch, dass die Unterkunft in einer Seitengasse ist, hat man vor der Haustür auch nicht sofort den touristischen Trubel. Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Lage über einer Bar. Unsere Unterkunft lag im ersten Stock mit den Fenstern zur Gasse hin und damit direkt über der Bar. Hier wurde samstags lautstark bis 1 Uhr nachts Musik abgespielt und gegrölt. Wenn man selbst eine Nachteule ist, ist das nicht weiter schlimm. Aber einschlafen war vor 1 Uhr auf jeden Fall nicht möglich. Unter der Woche war es hingegen ruhig. Aber die Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, ist einmalig und deshalb sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben ein paar entspannte Tage im Haus von Sabine und Andy verbracht. Bei schönem Wetter ist der Pool und die Aussicht fantastisch. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sodass wir fast jeden Tag lecker gekocht haben. Das Haus und die Lage ist absolut eine Empfehlung wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das einzige Manko ist das Hotel nebenan, welches eine Hochzeit gefeiert hat und wir dadurch extremer Lautstärke ausgesetzt waren bis spät in die Nacht. Dafür kann die Gastgeberin nichts, aber dies sollte man beachten bei der Buchung dieser Lage.

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

The place was spacious, authentic and as described. It is a good fit for large groups. The kitchen is well equipped. The place was clean overall but bits could have been cleaner eg kitchen shelves, blender and the shower which had the steam room. I liked that they provided slippers etc. It was extremely helpful for them to arrange to meet us at the station and take our stuff to the house while we went to Lake Garda and really helpful that we got a ride back to the station on final day. The house is outside of Verona so you need a car or have to take cabs. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you.

Luca - nuostabus šeiminikas, o apartamentai net pranoko mūsų lūkesčius. Čia viskas apgalvota iki smulkmenų, labai švaru ir jauku. Pasijutome lyg namie. Esame be galo dėkingi Luca už tokį šiltą priėmimą. Taip pat Luca yra puikus slidinėjimo mokytojas, o netoliese esantis slidinėjimo kurortas Valmalenco puikiai tinka šeimoms su vaikais. Ši vieta yra ta, į kurią tikrai norėtume sugrįžti.

Esperienza stupenda. L'Airbnb è in una posizione praticamente unica, Stefania è stata molto disponibile e chiara nelle comunicazioni. Consigliatissimo!

Antonella hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Sie war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns auch in persönlichen Gesprächen viele hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Antonella hat die bestens restaurierte Wohnung stilvoll, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Bades ist sehr, sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts und alles ist makellos sauber. Terrasse und Garten sind gepflegt und ruhig und bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf den Ort und See. Albisano ist ein sehr angenehmer Ort mit Restaurants, die eine einfache aber gute Küche haben. Eins ist ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ebenfalls. Wir haben uns bei Antonella sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Antonella ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin.

Majoittuminen Connien luona oli helppoa ja mukavaa. Connie huolehti että meillä on kaikki mitä tarvitsemme ja oli erittäin ystävällinen. Asunto oli kuvauksen mukainen ja toimiva. Nautimme ajastamme Trentossa!

La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e perfettamente accessoriata. È collocata in una zona molto silenziosa, di facile accesso e strategica per visitare i dintorni. Federica è stata tempestiva nelle comunicazioni e molto ospitale.

The apartment was great — clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s conveniently located close to the train station, which made getting around very easy. The host was very helpful, personally showed me the apartment, explained everything clearly, and responded quickly to messages. I had a very pleasant stay.

Tiziana has put a lot of attention and care into her well-appointed flat. She is a very helpful and friendly host and we enjoyed meeting her, and her two sons, when we arrived. This is an excellent location from which to explore Brescia.

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questo B&B e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! L’appartamento è completamente ristrutturato, tutto nuovo e curato nei minimi dettagli. La cabina armadio è bellissima, il bagno impeccabile, e la cucina e il salotto moderni, accoglienti e super attrezzati Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente il terrazzo enorme, perfetto per rilassarsi. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario: pentole, macchinetta del caffè, tè, tazze, posate… tutto pulitissimo! Le lenzuola erano profumate e morbidissime, e il letto rialzato così comodo che la mattina non volevamo più alzarci. Inoltre, è dotato di Netflix e di ogni comfort possibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è in una zona tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere tutto facilmente. Considerando la qualità dell’appartamento e la ristrutturazione impeccabile, il prezzo è davvero ottimo. Casa molto accogliente con ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e due divani letto (singoli); bagno pulito con doccia e soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Stile tradizionale e accogliente, panorama meraviglioso sulla pista 3Tre. Comodo il box auto e la zona riscaldata per riporre l'attrezzatura da sci. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi. Ho avuto nel complesso un'ottima impressione

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in 6 persone presso l’appartamento di Marina. La casa si trova al primo piano senza ascensore di una piccola palazzina gestita in famiglia e dista circa 15 minuti dal centro prendendo l’autobus. L’appartamento è spazioso, accogliente, ristrutturato ed estremamente pulito. La comunicazione con Marina è sempre stata puntuale ed efficiente. Marina è un host disponibile e cordiale. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e speriamo di ritornarci il prima possibile!! Super consigliato!!

We had a lovely time in Alessandro’s property. The flat is spacious, comfortable and quiet. It is only few steps sway from the lake. Alessandro has been extremely helpful. Recommended!
