This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, small desk and a full size bed. The location is wonderful if you work at the lab or want to go wine tasting!

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Ron’s place was as described and provided all the things we needed for a week-long stay. We had 6 adults, 2 teenagers, an infant, and a dog, and there was plenty of room for us all. The neighbors were all friendly and we felt right at home. Ron was responsive & accommodating to all of our requests— overall a great host! We would easily recommend Ron’s place to any large groups traveling to the area.

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

Our family has rented several homes on the water in Discovery Bay and by far this is one of our best experiences. Host (Amy) was incredible, house was beautiful, super quiet, and we all felt like it was our home - versus a rental. Just can’t say enough!

Nicole's Discovery Bay Air BNB was the perfect place for our family of nine to stay during our son's wedding weekend. Many of our family members were also able to reserve places in the same area. When not attending wedding events in nearby Brentwood, the Air BNB offered plenty to do: pool table, corn hole, hot tub, inflatable tubes and paddle boards. The Air BNB was clean and spacious and offered a fully equipped kitchen and large family room. Besides the close proximity to the wedding venue, the Air BNB was not far from Historic Downtown Brentwood where there were plenty of shops and restaurants. Enjoy a delicious meal at Locanda Capri on Oak Street, great pub food at 311 Oak Street Pub, casual food and drinks at Yard, Dino's for sandwiches or a night cap at the Crown and Crow. If hanging at the house try some excellent and reasonably priced Mexican food from Dulce's Antojitos or a more traditional meal from DBsteakhouse, both a short ride from the Air BNB in Discovery Bay.
