Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Torvaianica

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Perfect place for a few nights

My friend and I spent a few days at David and Claudia’s place. It was heaven. The little house was equipped with everything you could possibly need and although it is centrally located in Bracciano it was so peaceful. Everything was in walking distance great restaurants train station etc. lovely little town. But … it was David and Claudia that made the stay really special they were the nicest hosts we have ever met on our air bnb travels, nothing was too much trouble they were absolutely lovely. If you are coming to Bracciano this place should be top of your list.

We had a wonderful time in the house, which offers everything you need for a short vacation. The hospitality of Adriana and her husband deserves special mention. They were always there to help us with their open and warm-hearted manner and also helped us with various problems. You are not only wonderful hosts, but really amazing, lovely people... please stay as you are! We traveled without a car, which we may have underestimated at times, but there are regular buses to centro di Lido Ostia (beach & harbor) and from there you can also easily get to the Roman city center. So it's just the right distance for day trips of all kind. We would like to thank you for everything, highly recommend the place and would love to come back one day.

Daniela was a really great host. She was very welcoming and generous with tips. We very much enjoyed the house. it had everything we hoped for, and it was super close to beach. We stayed here for the last 2 days of our Italy trip; highly recommend if you want to enjoy beach and be close enough to airport to drive there on your departure day

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

We are more than satisfied with our stay. The apartment was great in every way. Spacious, clean and nice and had all the amenities. It was both calm and quiet. The apartment was in a very cozy neighborhood and had, among other things, a restaurant just outside. Patiently, Carlotta answered all our questions super fast. So helpful in every way. Would recommend.

Our booking was last minute and Kristian was very flexible and accommodating to help us. We arrived for a 1 night stopover with our animals and we had a full car of belongings which Kristian was able to put on the gated driveway to ensure it was secure. The place had everything you could possibly need for a short stay and was comfortable. We didn't explore the local area as we had to leave early in the morning.

This was a great, central location to see all the major sites in Rome and very close to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. While the home is on a street with lots of restaurants and things to do, it’s inside a courtyard so the noise is much reduced and there’s a nice level of privacy. The home was thoughtful and well maintained, and Alessandra was friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again 😊.

Alessandra is a truly wonderful host and her place is just a dream - beautifully furnished, in a great part of Rome and just a pleasure to be in. Alessandra gave us a brilliant welcome explaining very carefully the best places to visit and lots of very helpful restaurant recommendations. I can't imagine there is a better place to stay in Rome. Giuseppe’s place is wonderful. Great location - a few minutes walk to the Vatican and to the metro/bus stops, lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It was very clean amd spacious. It had free coffee and water. Giuseppe was also very helpful and responsive. We had a problem with the washer but he immedately solved it and didn’t charge us for the damage.

We had a great time in Rome & staying at the place! Public transport is a 3-minute walk away and there is a direct tram line to Termini train station. However, it is more fun to explore the city by bike, there are Lime rental bikes everywhere and you are usually even faster. The location in Pigneto was ideal for us – a neighborhood that is not crowded with tourists. A small organic market with bakery is right across the street and around the corner there is a discount store. There are also super tasty restaurants and beautiful bars, much better and cheaper than in downtown. For us, it was "real Rome." In the accommodation there is everything you need, kitchen and bathroom are super equipped. Luca welcomed us in a super friendly way and also gave us some tips, which were really very good.

Gabriella is what every Airbnb host should be. The absolute best. 100% Rating. We will always call her for lodging when in Rome.

I can't say enough good things about Daniela's place. It's extremely unique and has everything we needed during our stay. The location is a stones throw away from the colosseum and all the historical sites are within a 1 hour walk. If you want to travel back in time and make your experience in Rome more magical then I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Area I stayed for three nights in this peaceful residential area, close to the Aura Department Store and a Bangladeshi minimarket. The unit has three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great for our group. However, there are no locks on the doors, and the rooms are not soundproof; I could easily hear my friends talking. The kitchen is well-equipped with various seasonings, but it’s inconvenient that using the washing machine and dryer isn’t allowed between 8 pm and 9 am, especially for early risers heading out for excursions. A major drawback was the renovation work in the unit below, which started at 8 am and went until 4 pm, creating absolutely disruptive drilling and knocking noise throughout the day. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made for a decent stay overall.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miguel’s place! From the moment I arrived, Miguel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything you could ask for. The location was perfect - close to everything but still peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The building itself is new and modern, with everything one need for a comfortable stay! What really made this stay special was Miguel’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to offer recommendations, answer any questions, and ensure I felt at home. Had a lovely 3 night stay at Luca's. Apartment was beautiful and as described, well located and offered a peaceful space for us. We walked everywhere in Rome during our stay. Luca and Sofia were very responsive and helpful from booking to check out. Would thoroughly recommend!

Andreina's place was amazing!!! We felt like royalty the entire time we were there. Super spacious, well equipped, close to restaurants and markets.
