Villa vacation rentals in Torre Delle Stelle (Maracalagonis)

We spent 1 week at Villa Layla with 5 adults, one toddler and one baby. Federico was a great host, responded quickly, also helped with other requests and a special situation great and responded quickly. Thank you ! His staff Elia was super friendly and helpful and even spoke German. Thanks, too, at this point ! The house is as described - great pool, plenty of bathroom for all bedrooms and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped - only flaws were missing pot holders and maybe 1-2 more dish towels. But these are small things. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is very quiet - you definitely need a car, for shopping etc. Many beautiful beaches nearby :)

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

We had an amazing stay at the house. Lorenza and her brother were always available, responsive and very kind. The accommodation was very well equipped and very clean. The beach next door was lovely. We would definitely recommend it!

What an incredible spot! This home is beautiful. The kitchen is large and well stocked, the outdoor eating area is a delight and the house itself is a quick stroll to the water. The host’s were so lovely and gracious. We loved our time here!

We had a great week in this great house. The accommodation is beautiful (faithful to the photos), clean, very functional. It is perfectly equipped. The exterior is very beautiful, very well maintained. And the pool… superb (and heated!). Stefano is very friendly and very responsive, he responds immediately to any questions and sincerely cares about the well-being of his tenants. We super enjoyed the house and beaches nearby. 10 minutes away the village of Villasimius is a must. Monica and their manager Elias are waiting for you day or night if anything comes up. Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Roberto and his family welcomed us in their beautiful, spatious and amazing Villa. The entry garden is beautiful, and elegant, the pool is big and deep, the tennis court is recent and with perfect light for nocturne play. The villa was also perfect with outside space close to the pool. AC was also present in the living room and in 2 bedrooms. In addition, Roberto took very good care of us by making sure we had everything we need, including booking a taxi when needed. Finally, I can only highly recommend this Villa as Top choice from south Sardaigna. Best,

Everything was far above my expectations. Simone is such a helpful person, we had a great time two days there. place is so beautiful, Stefania is great person, she made us at ourselves at home. Location is really good, their breakfast was fantastic. Simone's surprise was so good. she left for me two bottles of Prosecco and lovely birthday card:)

This is one of those houses you dream about but never really come across. It is right on the beach, it is full character, truly unique and beautiful. It feels like a home from the moment you step in. You do need a car to get around but there is so much to see and explore. Shops, restaurants, little village everything is 5mins drive or a 15mins bike ride away (there were 2 bicycles we used daily) The house itself feels like the most authentic Sardinian dream. Pictures do not do it justice. Must experience!!!!! We loved every second of our stay.

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

A great stay, in a very pleasant villa and suitable for 2 families with 2 children. Clean, soothing villa, simple but efficient decoration, very nice exterior and small terrace on the first floor. Lots of comfort for the stay, very simple and very provided to start the vacation without stress. Communication was easy and responsive. Small downside for the pool compared to the time of our stay (early April). A little heated water would have been the BEST to enjoy more. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio's place, he's a very responsive host, always available to help and very respectful of our privacy. The apartment was perfect for my partner and our 3 year old. Stunning location with everything you need provided. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are lovely and roomy, very cool and quiet. It is completely and utterly peaceful. We also got a lot of visitors from the nearby cats and dogs! Would 100% recommend 👌
