Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Torquay

This is our second stay and it was as lovely as our first. Everything was as per the listing and clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back again.

A beautiful property. With all modern facilities and many features. You could stay here a long time. You definitely need to be ok with steps as there are quite a few to the entrance (wants problem for us). Parking is quite “tight” below the property.

The property was stunning and the location was beautiful. Tracy was a wonderful host who took the time to greet us - even baking a delicious Victoria Sponge! She took the time to give us a tour of the property and explained where everything was which was incredibly helpful. There are a vast amount of games and leisure activities on site for all ages. Some of the adults even had a table tennis competition. There was ample space for everyone. We all loved staying for the weekend - 8 adults and a baby & toddler & we had family come and see us at the property as well. It Hank you Tracy for being such a lovely host.

Absolutely incredible accommodation, the house and finishing touches were incredible. Such a great space and everything was really thought out. Included much more than we thought. Very helpful with instructions and we will definitely be staying again!

The Townhouse was a perfect property for our family holiday. Spacious, clean well maintained property, with everything you could possibly need .Just off the sea front. Sidmouth is a lovely typical seaside town

We travelled down to Plymouth for my dad's funeral and hotel prices where crazy expensive. Saw The squirrels on here and it was perfect for 7 of us and out little dog. It was easy to get to with the sat nav. The house is absolutely beautiful and the garden too. definitely got some decor inspo. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Plymouth for a visit. We would definitely stay again for our next visit for a happier purpose. Thanks Daryl for being a great host.

Great stay at No.1 Beachdown. Everything we needed for a perfect stay and amazing views. Had a very relaxing week and so many great places to visit.

The apartment was 5 stars all the way. Beautiful location, sophisticated decor, hi tech appliances and stunning views. Chris and Tanya were helpful and responsive, it was an exceptionally enjoyable stay

Excellent in all respects - location, facilities, and very comprehensive information about the place and manuals / instructions for all appliances. Lovely views from the airbnb and easy access to transport to various local spots.

What an amazing place to stay. The garden opens out on to the most wonderful park and is just lovely. The flat was absolutely perfect in every way and we loved our stay. It had everything you would need and more and was spotless. Adrian was so helpful, meeting us at the flat and opening it up for us and showing me how everything worked. What a gold star find and we most definitely would love to come back if we are in Exeter again. Huge thanks to Adrian and Lizzie for everything:)

This place was perfect for my month accommodation for university placement. It was stocked with cleaning supplies and also long life cooking supplies that previous people had left so you don’t have to buy all your supplies like normal. The bathroom is huge and the parking great for a small car. They also bought an extension cable to accommodate the need for my ps5. Only complaint would be the upstairs neighbors footsteps were pretty loud at night. Not sure there is much that could be done to stop that. Thanks for a great stay.

Convenient for our needs. Lively friendly neighborhood. Comfortable quiet bedroom. Short walk to Exeter Central train station.

Perfectly situated with stunning views. We didn’t use the car at all during our stay as the local buses run in all directions. A visit to the Steam Packet Inn is a must for a tasty meal & a drink. We were lucky that our stay coincided with the Dartmouth Music Festival & enjoyed live music on 2 nights in the Steam Packet. The area is a walker’s delight with a range is walks to suit all abilities. I cannot recommend this wonderful Airbnb highly enough & hope to return for another stay in the future. I didn’t want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous apartment. The location is unbeatable, right next to the water, and with easy access to all that Salcombe has to offer. The gardens are beautiful and the apartment itself is really well kitted out, with a huge bed in the master bedroom and tasteful decor throughout. We would love to come back!

It was ideal for a short stay. We used it as a base for the Champions Cup final in Cardiff. Close to Exeter city centre and airport. Having a private car parking space off road was brilliant. Would highly recommend this accommodation

Great position of Airbnb overlooking the water. Lots to see whilst relaxing on the balcony. Binoculars were a great extra! Apartment itself was very nice , fully fitted out kitchen, lovely bathroom, comfy lounge area. Made for a relaxing break. Exmouth was excellent . Beautiful beaches, promenade and gardens. Town centre was nice to wander around too - with lots of places to eat/drink. We really enjoyed our short break in Exmouth and will definitely be back.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

I’ve just enjoyed my second weekend in Luke’s flat and it won’t be my last! The property is so well stocked with everything you could need and with lots of thoughtful touches. The garden is a lovely little sun trap and private, and there are sun beds and a bbq to enjoy. The location is perfect, just a short walk into town/beach and in the other direction a short walk to the bridge to Shaldon. Thanks again Luke!

From start to finish Sarah was super helpful and even accommodates a switch in dates due to work commitments. The place was opened when we arrived with all the little touches of lighting etc… already on which made us feel at home straight away. Perfect location and the silence was the icing on the cake, only interrupted by the dawn chorus of birds. Just what we needed! Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.
