David and Catherine were extremely accommodating hosts. They were quick to respond and there was always an open line of communication. The apartment was excellent and well located for the harbour, bars and places to eat out. Would recommend.

On arrival we were blown away by the stunning views of the bay. The apartment was so cleverly designed to maximise the views and had quality fixtures and fittings with everything you could possibly need. Josh even supplied things like bin bags, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc and there was enough to last the week. The linen and towels were good quality. The reclining sofa was a delight after spending seven hours getting there. We will definitely go again and thank you for a wonderful holiday Simon & Amanda

I stayed here with my wife and two children ages 9 and 13 during half term. Very nice apartment. Very well presented and equipped. Squeaky clean very much home from home. This would be a great base for people to explore the local areas such as Babbacombe , Torquay and Paignton. There is a bus route on the road but a car would be advisable. Also, the house is located on a steep hill. The area is known to be hilly so might be best to consider this if mobility is an issue. Also if you like a beer plus pool table and darts the John Bull pub is just a short walk up the hill. Definitely recommend staying here. Ashley was very responsive.
