Chalet vacation rentals in Torgnon

A very cosy stay in a welcoming chalet with great views. We felt we were staying at a friends family home in a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of amenities in the chalet. The chalet is charming and traditional.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chalet Cosmos from March 1st to March 8th, 2025. Our group of five adults and three children (ages 2.5, 13, and 14) felt completely at home. The chalet is just as beautiful as in the photos—spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The stunning view of Mont Blanc from the window made every morning special, especially while enjoying a warm cup of tea or coffee. The house is very warm and cozy, with comfortable rooms for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen had more than enough glasses, plates, and utensils, making meal preparation effortless. We also really appreciated the selection of board games, which provided great entertainment after a long day on the slopes. The location is perfect for exploring the four ski resorts in the Chamonix area, and we were able to visit them all. The chalet was an ideal base for our adventures.

We had a great time at this cozy cottage, a very warm interior. I recommend it.

Very nice week stay in Michel's chalet, close to the Domaine du Grand Massif in 10 min, either by shuttle or by car with ample parking available (but paying without being excessive since this year), and a few hundred meters from the beginner Sixt slopes, perfect for introducing children. Regarding the chalet, everything is done by Michel for your comfort and welcome, the chalet is ideal for a family with 2 children who can have their own spaces in separate bedrooms. No wifi, no TV, but DVDs, games and reading for everyone, allow us to have a warm time. Don't hesitate to put your bags there, Go!

A fantastic cottage, neatly and tastefully appointed. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. Jean-Luc was very kind, available and flexible. This is a beautiful rental, very well located to enjoy all the surrounding activities.

We stayed with another family for a ski holiday and had a great time in La Tzoumaz, Verbier etc. The house was great for a family holiday, with separate areas for the kids to hang out and watch a movie. Very well equipped kitchen. Great dining table to gather a large gang. The walk up the (steep road) to the shuttle in ski boots and carrying skis (and our kids skis too) was a bit of an unanticipated intense workout but besides that the place was great. Lovely view. Definitely needs 4 wheel drive in winter, which we did not have. Thanks for the lovely stay Mini.

We had a lovely stay at Margus's, as a family. The cottage is cozy, very well-equipped, very comfortable, fully matches the listing and the sauna is a real plus after a day of skiing! Communication with Margus was easy. Only one regret, having to leave! A big thank you to our host for hosting us.

Catherine’s place was amazing. So much space and so cozy with scenic beauty and walking distance to lifts, buses, and restaurants. Catherine herself was very available and super helpful providing instructions on how to use appliances we were unfamiliar with and providing recommendations on the area. She went above and beyond helping our friends out with their luggage after checkout, physically transporting their stuff to their next stay in Chamonix. 10/10 recommend Catherine and her home for you, your friends and your family!

Warren and his home were the perfect place for my friends and me to experience Chamonix. He was incredibly helpful with our planning and had great recommendations for local restaurants. The home is in an ideal location, walking distance to downtown and right in front of a bus stop that takes you to all the mountains. 5 out of 5 can’t recommend it enough!

Great spacious house, sauna, barbecue place, balcony (nice views included) and everything you may need. The only thing you should be aware of - how does not speak English, so prepare google translate, gpt whatever 🙂

Jon’s place was beautiful — great views and all of us were very comfortable. The sweet town of Argentière was very walkable, which was super nice as well. I believe it may actually be a ski in/ski out if there was more snow snow once you get to the trails, but we found ourselves walking about 20 minutes to the closest lift. We didn’t get the catered package, which is what they prefer and encourage. We did have a bespoke meal from one of their chefs which was absolutely delicious and would recommend. I loved waking up with I our amazing view of Grand Montet and felt like the chalet was a very special find. Many thanks Jon and team!

Great assistance getting luggage up to the house and getting settled in. Beautiful view across and down the valley and really peaceful since there is no car noise.

This was a wonderful family vacation. The house is modern and very attractive. It has 4 bedrooms with 4 on suite bathrooms which really helps with a large family. There’s room to spread out when needed. The location: Walkable to Brevant Gondola. There are two ski rentals before the gondola. There’s an area in the garage to store your skis and boots. (I actually got a ski locker at the rental place across from Brevant Gondola.) But also walkable to town for all the tartiflette one can eat, shopping, bars, grocery, and a casino. Chamonix is a special spot. The house has a beautiful view of Mont Blanc, and a well equipped kitchen. Nathan was friendly and informative at check in. He delivered fresh baguettes, croissants, apricot juice, and yogurts for breakfast. There’s also a fantastic coffee/espresso maker in the home and Nathan provided beans. Five stars!
