The Workshop - for explorers! Coast & Countryside

The Workshop is a self contained unique studio style conversion. Set in the countryside in a small rural village close to the sea & moors. Paddle on the river, walk to the beach or local pubs. It is a converted workshop of an old Plant Nurseries, which is now our home. It has a private entrance, parking, kitchenette, shower room, bedroom & lounge space. You will also have access to 2.5 acres of private meadow and woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, badgers & owls.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

Private Annexe with Modern En-Suite and Parking

Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Torquay Harbour, Town Centre and Wellswood, Babbacombe and St Marychurch. We are located at the top of a hill on the outskirts of the town which makes us a quiet location away from the night time noises. The surrounding areas are a leisurely walk downhill (but obviously an incline on return). We are approximately a 15 minute walk from Babbacombe Downs and a 15 - 25 minute walk into Torquay Town centre. Taxis cost approximately £7

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

Wooden lodge with a nautical feel. Private south facing patio. No TV. Lounge/kitchen. NO COOKER! Only MICROWAVE &TOASTER. Doors lead to room with 2 singles beds, en-suite shower room. Sorry, No child under 5. 15 mins Walk down hill to Torquay town. Good transport links. You could get around without the car .Close to local supermarket, take-aways, bars and cafes and the sea front. We are in the house next door so are around should you need us. PLEASE NOTE HOUSE DIRECTION

Completely refurbished in 2020 open plan galley kitchen, dining area and lounge at entrance level, below are 2 bedrooms which can be arranged as 2 x double bedrooms or as 1 x double and 1 x twin, a dressing room and an exquisite bathroom with heated towel rail. Outside is a private patio and access to a shared terrace with BBQ
