The Workshop is a self contained unique studio style conversion. Set in the countryside in a small rural village close to the sea & moors. Paddle on the river, walk to the beach or local pubs. It is a converted workshop of an old Plant Nurseries, which is now our home. It has a private entrance, parking, kitchenette, shower room, bedroom & lounge space. You will also have access to 2.5 acres of private meadow and woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, badgers & owls.

Our cosy newly refurbished garden flat is situated in the beautiful coastal location of Babbacombe. The South Devon Coast Path is accessed at the end of road enabling you to enjoy many coves, beaches, pubs and resturaunts in easy walking distance. Babbacombe Downs itself is spoiled with magnificent vistas that reach out to the Jurassic coastline and eateries within a short stroll. For weekday workers or pleasure, we are the perfect location to relax and explore Torbay's countless attractions .

Destiny Lodge

Destiny Lodge is set in the very heart of Brixham, steps from the harbour. This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher

Fortune Cottage is a charming fisherman's cottage located a few minute's walk from Brixham harbour. The three storey semi-detached house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2020, has sea views from the master bedroom. The cottage comprises a large sitting room with log burner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Outside there is an enclosed yard with seating and a BBQ.
