Vacation rentals with a sauna in Tokyo

Section L was just as described on the listing. Location is good, close to train stations, walkable restaurants, and spacious. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful! Would stay at this location again. The complimentary sauna was also a nice feature.

Helpful staff and reception. Great bath and sauna(very hot). It's a capsule hotel so if you have trouble sleeping when people snore you should being earplugs.

I was able to stay without any inconvenience even with a large number of people. I am very grateful for the prompt response of the hosts.Thank ☺you

Our stay at サウナイン was exactly what we needed for a long Japan trip. Easily located in a quiet neighborhood one train stop from all the big areas, but peaceful and with an authentic local feeling. The sauna, cold plunge and bathtub were the perfect way to relax after so much walking and great for sore muscles and tired feet. Design is luxury but also clean and unique. Like having a Japanese bathhouse experience but in your own home! All amenities and designs were creative and thoughtful. Especially loved the robes, slippers and sauna scented oil. For the price you get a lot more space than you would in a typical Tokyo hotel, plus more storage and areas to relax. The washer and dryer are really good quality and a slept on amenity but a must if you’re trying to save luggage space to buy more stuff! Everything was easy and wonderful. Highly recommend!

Yj was very responsive and proactive with making sure our stay was comfortable. Location was great and only a 4 min walk to the station which was helpful after a full day of walking. The rental was extremely spacious and clean.

Nice apartment with all appliances you need on a trip. Location is great - near metro that take you directly to airport (nrt or hnd) or directly to some tourist attractions :)

We were there with two children (5+7). The first 5 nights in Japan. The apartment seemed generous. The large beds made it easy to fall asleep. You could ventilate very well with screens and cool with the air conditioning if necessary. Everything is important if you want to overcome jet lag quickly. It was also cool to have the balcony. We didn't use the sauna at all in May because we were out and about a lot. The living space looked nice and spacious. The apartment was very quiet - there is almost never a car in the side streets. Metro Jimbocho and small supermarkets are right around the corner. For us, the tour with the kids to Japan was a one-off thing: we made a stroke of luck with this apartment.

Good location, very close to Nakano-sakaue station, which connects you basically to anywhere in Tokyo. Quiet area on the intersection of Nakano with Shinjuku, so you don’t get the chaos of Shinjuku but you’re still close to it. You also have anything you need near by, the 7-eleven is next door, but you also have groceries, pharmacy and food around. The place is pretty big for Tokyo standards, it has one room per floor, so it has several floors but you can always use the elevator if you don’t feel like taking so many stairs. Also, it was very clean and has all the basics covered. The full bathroom is pretty cool too, nice a bathtub and yes, the sauna is for real.

The host is a very nice couple! People in the house are easy-going, and everything is well organized. If you have any problems, just reach them out.

Haru has been a great host, being very responsive throughout the stay and checking in on our comfort frequently. It's a pleasant location with many amenities within a few minutes walking distance. The weather was very cold during the stay and the sauna was useful. Overall very pleased with the stay and would highly recommend.

As for the host, he was really warm and considerate.After my booking was successful, the host took the initiative to contact me, carefully asked my arrival time, and provided detailed directions from the airport to the house, with pictures and words, even for me who was in Tokyo for the first time, I can easily understand.On the day of check-in, the host personally picked me up at the train station, helped me with my luggage, and introduced me to the surrounding amenities, such as the location of supermarkets and restaurants, so that I could quickly get acquainted with this unfamiliar environment.During my stay, the host responded promptly and helped me solve any problems I had, making me feel at home. The room is also very cozy, clean and well-appointed.Every detail is handled just right, you can see the host's attention to detail. This Airbnb stay in Shinagawa, Tokyo was great. The convenient transportation and the host's hospitality added many good memories to my trip.Next time I come to Tokyo, I will definitely choose this place again!

Akane is the best host you’ll ever come across and mark my words for it !!! She is the person you want as a mentor/host if you’re coming to tokyo .. She has been really helpful throughout my stay from telling which are the affordable routes to places to giving insides of tokyo !! Telling the best places to go She had been a great host with really clean house Akane literally tries to manage everything from early check in to keeping luggage even after check out (depends on availability of house) A clear view of skytree tower from window Bus stand is literally road across and very very convenient location Peaceful quiet location and in mid of tokyo

I totally enjoyed staying at Mitsuko‘s amazing place. The room was super cozy and had everything I needed. There is also a kitchen and an office area, which can be used. Mitsuko is an absolutely lovely person. I felt right at home from the start. She knows the area really well and provided me with a lot of recommendations. I’d definitely come back and totally recommend staying there!

Staying with Mitsuko is what made my stay in Tokyo so perfect and special! The house was beautiful and spotless and in a really lovely neighbourhood! Every morning Mitsuko made the tastiest breakfast and I even got to enjoy an evening meal together which was a really fun night! She had loads of suggestions of local restaurants and things to do and was really helpful with giving instructions on getting to the Airbnb and to the airport! I definitely hope to stay again when I’m next in Tokyo as it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had! Can’t thank Mitsuko enough for being the best host possible!

Open-minded host Ms. Kusaka makes guests peaceful. I loved her bookshelf, full of her time as an architect, the cats, and the perfect bathtub and sauna facility! Hope to visit again soon.
