we had brought our bikes from abroad and bikes from Narita. place was easy to find, although there was no parking nearby, we were able to park in the hallway. room was clean and lavatory was the same. due to location some road noise was inevitable. a few minutes walk from kombinis and the Hakusan station. will recommend for a stay in Tokyo.

Nomad Hostel East/ Single Private Room-Bunkbed #2

LINGGANGRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The address of the homestay is very close to Asakusa Station, just after the bridge, you can walk to Sensoji Temple in about 10 minutes, go to Shibuya can be directly connected to the Ginza line, it is about 20 minutes to half an hour to go to Tokyo Dome is about 20 minutes to half an hour away, it is especially convenient for a person to watch a concert stay on this side!Nice B&B environment, very quiet at night, bathroom shower room is communal but very clean, the only thing is that the window of the room is small and can't open, the room is not very well ventilated and the light is not very good. Overall, it is very good value for money.

Toshiyuki was so friendly and nice. He made me feel like our group of females were safe. We were in the hostel with males but we felt completely safe due to all the measures put into place by the host. We were nervous about staying at a hostel but I would do it again after this experience. Toshiyuki was a great host

Nomad Hostel East / Private TWIN Room (Bunkbed) #1

AndyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This stay exceeded our expectations for what we paid. It felt like a steal since this place was so clean and organized. The shower rooms were amazing. Toilet rooms were small but clean, the only minor issue we had was our room floor was dusty which triggered our allergies but I'm willing to overlook that since the host was super friendly and hostel was in a great location. I really appreciated the many amenities that were both on the listing and discovered once there. Close proximity to Senso-Ji temple, Sky Tree, and Asakusa station(took it there from Narita). Would stay again!

Stayed in cocts for our first two nights in Tokyo after travelling from the UK. Was a little bit apprehensive that I wouldn't be able to sleep due to noise of other previous hostel stays but cocts was both perfectly quiet & peaceful. The beds are comfy & the toilets / shower rooms are both private and tucked away from the bedrooms. The staff are also lovely & very accommodating with any questions you might have. They have a good communal space on the ground floor where you can have fried chicken / food if you are jet lagged like us & needing fuel asap. All in all a perfect experience for our Tokyo stay!

This was my 3rd hostel in one month during my first trip to Japan. I found it very comfortable with more space than the previous places I stayed. The hosts were very friendly and the location was close enough to the stations. I appreciate that they didn't mind me coming in late from nights out! I would recommend staying here if you want a real hostel experience with nice people!

Nomad Hostel / Single Private Room / Desk&Chair #1

A good, clean and calm place to stay. Owner is very helpful. While the place is not exactly "close" to any famous place, there are some good places you can visit by a 15 minute walk, and the nearest train station is also a 10-15 minute walk. Public transportation is abundant and easy to use, so going anywhere won't be a problem. All of the building was clean and air conditioned, bed was comfortable to sleep in. Walls are very thin. I didn't encounter any major problems about noise but if you are unlucky and encounter some not so good neighbors, it may be a problem. Will be visiting again in the future, also %100 recommend to you.
A communal bathroom area features multiple spacious sinks with modern faucets and large mirrors above. A laundry machine is visible in the background. The clean and well-lit space allows for convenience and ease of use.

Cute area to stay at, the shower jet is very strong btw! Loved it haha. The air is clean and the vibe is okay! Careful not to leave things around they might disappear not because of Japanese people, because there is a lot of different cultures coming through, its cool but its better to be safe than sorry!
