Very convenient place to stay in Tokyo. It accommodated our group of 10 pretty well. The beds were comfortable. It had plenty of showers and toilets. The kitchen was a bit sparse on cooking utensils. The genkan is tiny, so not much room to take shoes off. Plenty of large sized slippers available. Proximity to bus stop, 7-eleven, and supermarket are extremely convenient! While one of the washer/dryer combos worked well, the other continually gave errors. Garbage cans were a good size for our group. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Schöne Wohnung, die alles hatte, was wir brauchten. Besonders mit Kleinkind sehr praktisch, wenn man eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne hat. Zwar nicht ganz nah am Zug gelegen, dafür aber in einer ruhigen Gegend, wo es auch nette Essensmöglichkeiten gab.

L’ alloggio di David si trova vicino a tantissimi locali e ristoranti, muoversi a piedi quindi non è un problema e c’è una stazione della metro a 1 minuto a piedi. David fin da subito si è mostrato disponibilissimo a dare consigli sulla zona ed attività da fare. Infine ha fornito istruzioni chiarissime su come svolgere il check-in e il check-out. Dunque consiglio vivamente l’appartamento di David!

Lovely spot in a peaceful neighborhood! It's a bit of a distance from the lively center of Tokyo, but still manageable. Conveniently close to Lawson, Family Mart, Sugi Drugstore, and a supermarket. We especially enjoyed the cozy local restaurants so far, the ramen and chicken karaage have been absolutely delicious!
