Only 5 minutes from I-80, 10 minutes from the U of I and 2 miles in all directions to many restaurants. Your section of the home is private with a separate entrance. We have a Ranch with a walkout basement. It's like an apartment within a home. The Donut Suite is the entire downstairs of our home. There is only 1 stair from where you park to the entrance of the suite.

It was a beautiful place with park like surroundings. Nice place to stroll around the accommodations. I am from Iowa originally and this was a picturesque Iowan place to stay. Multiple rooms to enjoy a comfortable seat while having late night family conversations as well as morning coffee as we watched the birds outside. A beautiful deer greeted us as we initially walked around the property.

Robert's place was fantastically decorated and had all the comforts of home. The home was so clean and inviting and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maquoketa is such a friendly town and the location of the home allowed us to walk to restaurants and activities with our kids. Great deck and backyard as well. The beds were very comfortable and my kids loved that each bedroom had a TV. The home was so unique and we loved the character and charm of an old house with all the upgrades as well. Thanks, Robert!
