Condo vacation rentals in The Villages

Mira made it easy to check in and out; the host reasonably asked to take out trash and put dirty towels in a bin before leaving, which didn't take long. It would be helpful to have more laundry pods and dishwasher pods available for people staying longer at the apartment. Overall, it is a great place, and we'd definitely come back!

We highly recommend Garrett’s place. Super clean and conveniently located. When we had questions, Garrett was quick to respond and was very helpful. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here.

We needed a place for a few days that was convenient to a couple of the parks and this was perfect. The gated community is very well kept and felt very safe. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Cathy’s directions and communication were perfect. We had some downtime to enjoy the pool and ate dinner one night at Ternerita Argentinian Steakhouse in the nearby plaza and we highly recommend it! I would stay here again if i was in need of a place in the area!

This was our second stay at Katharines and it was just as enjoyable. Love the location and the view over Lake Cay. Everything went smoothly on check-in. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Hope to be back in the future.

Great stay , host was very responsive and accommodating. Location is great , even coming in late you don’t have to worry about getting a parking spot . Exactly like the pictures, def recommend . Will stay here again .

We had a wonderful stay at this location during our conference. The location is an easy lyft/uber to tons of activities, including the major theme parks. A grocery store, pharmacy, and great diner are easily walkable. The location itself was clean and quiet. Great beds and bathrooms.

Vista Cay is a beautiful resort in a convenient location to all of the attractions. Our family enjoyed relaxing at both pools onsite and walking the path by the lake outside our door. Our unit was fantastic for the 7 of us with plenty of space for all. It was tastefully decorated and appeared as pictured. Our only critiques are that the kitchen is not well appointed if you like to cook meals as our family does, the 2nd bathroom vanity/sink and mirror could use updating, and there were not enough bath or pool towels in the unit for 7 people. We were only there 2 nights so we made it work and it didn't stop us from enjoying our time. I would definitely recommend Vista Cay and would stay there again.

We have just finished our stay in 4814 apt 109 Vista Cay hosted by Rafael the accommodation was more than we expected everything was as described in the booking all the beds were extremely comfortable the kitchen was equipped with everything a family would need WiFi was amazing and the new pool area was amazing loads of Sunbeds great pool bar and 2 perfectly heated pools there is also a gym small but has everything but the best part for me and my wife was the stunning walk around the lakes we took every morning absolute heaven and finally the host Rafael we had a couple of things to ask him in the 2 weeks we were here over Christmas it never took him more than a few hours to respond and on checkout we had a late flight and he aloud us a latter checkout one last thing the new Icon Universal Park due to open this summer will be about a 10 minute walk from this accommodation

This was absolutely perfect for our large family. There was SO much to do on the resort that we didn’t have to leave to find entertainment. Will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Orlando, Florida! The condo was very clean, incredibly comfortable, and surprisingly quiet—even within the rooms, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The space was well-maintained and felt like a true home away from home. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Easy check-in and check-out. Shaun was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Place had all basic amenities needed for the stay and it was a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Orlando area.

Lovely home! And great for anyone looking to visit universal studios or epic! Literally took us 5 mins to both. The sofa bed isn’t like other sofa beds and was actually comfortable!

My family and I stayed at Traci’s place due to a cheerleading competition in the area. It is decorated very vibrantly and my kids enjoyed sleeping in “our game room” as they called it. We would stay again at this beautiful space. Thanks Traci!

We had an amazing stay! We were only there for a couple of days for a cheer competition so we didn’t get to use most of the amenities. However, everything was as described. Annie provides a lot of little touches I haven’t had at other Airbnb stays. The condo had plenty of seating and places to sleep. Annie was so responsive anytime I reached out to her. I will definitely stay with her again in the future.

Our stay was excellent, the condo is perfectly located by attractions, restraunts, stores and other activities - many in walking distance! clean and well stocked kitchen made making meals a home easy, and the beds were comfortable. Clean, well appointed bathrooms and laundry were convenient and well stocked. Being on the 4th floor got a bit tiring to walk up, but it was very safe and secure with a great veiw of the fountain. Bit of a walk/drive to the open pool (the one right next door is closed for renovations) but it wasn't difficult by car or walking to locate it and enjoy the amenities. Lin was very responsive to questions and offered immediate assistance! I would recommend providing instructions for how to use the remotes for the TV's and the thermostat - though they may have been available and we were so busy we missed them. Would definitely stay here again, it was the perfect place for our trip in every way and the host takes pride in the property and hosting her guests!

Great pools! This particular condo is right next to the brand new pool. It was just being finished when we were there but looks very nice! The second pool (also new) on the property is a short walk away and also extremely nice! Condo was clean and spacious.
