Vacation rentals with beach access in Teulada

Beautiful apartment for a wonderfully relaxing stay in Sardinia. The pictures say it all... Taty and Luca are easily accessible. Great starting point for many excursions, the proximity to Cagliari is a wonderful change from beach life in the area. Very relaxing stay ;-))

We had a wonderful week in Anna's apartment. It is in a very quiet street with a great terrace right on the sea. You could have breakfast on the terrace every morning..equipped with table, chairs and 2 loungers..a barbecue is also available. Also the apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Anna was always available by mobile phone and gave us tips, e.g. for restaurants. The nearby place Pula was reachable in 10‘by car….30‘ to Cagliari. To explore the entire area, a car is necessary. We can highly recommend everything 100%.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

We had a fabulous time, both beaches with private access a stone's throw away were beautiful and each offered a different feel. One more sheltered, the other sandier; both with beautifully clear turqoise waters! There were enough restaurants, shops and stalls close by and we enjoyed drives a little further afield to find other beaches and places to eat and shop. The apartment terrace was nicely enclosed, perfect for a toddler. Great to have access to a garden and a bbq below. The apartment had everything you need, always nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Enrico kindly provided a cot. If I was to provide any suggestion, it would be to upgrade the beds, however this didn't detract from what was a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable first holiday in Sardinia! We look forward to coming back in the future! Our tips for others would be to book tables well ahead at the local restaurants to avoid missing out and bring a paddleboard!

Arrive and feel good with fantastic views of the sea, which can be reached in 2 minutes with its beautiful beach. Even large beach towels are available. Federica is an uncomplicated and super friendly host who immediately responds constructively to any question. Coming back is definitely on our agenda!

3 min walk from wonderful Poetto beach, and a bus stop to get easily into the city centre. Well appointed apartment in a quiet street. Wanted for nothing. Tatiana and Luca really are very good at this! Probably the best.

We had a great time at Daniel's apartment. The apartment is located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. Everything was clean and Daniele was very friendly and helpful. With two children, we had everything we needed for a nice vacation. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful private beach with SUPs. We will be happy to come back!

The location of the house is magnificent with an incredible ocean view. Seeing the sunset from the terrace is stunning. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, the bathrooms comfortable and renovated, the modern kitchen and very well equipped with everything you need. Cala Caterina beach is very quiet and practically exclusive, recommended for lounging, swimming or snorkelling. It is minutes from other wider and more beautiful beaches such as Porto Giunco, and also from Villa Simius with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Roberto, the host of this beautiful place, was very friendly and helpful, from the first moment always attentive that we did not lack anything, really a personalized attention. We had a great vacation in this house, and it met all our expectations. We highly recommend it.

I highly recommend Andrea's house, a nice little house, with everything you need. It is a maximum of one minute walk from the beach. For me personally, the contact and exchange with Andrea was a highlight. He was great and felt constantly available, gave us super many tips and even invited us to a friend. It felt like a friendly relationship from minute one! Even when we had a medical emergency, he called the hospitals, inquired and helped us great. Dear Andrea, Thank you for the wonderful time and see you very soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so advantageous for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming, snorkeling, walking along the beach for hours, that's pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. Our highlight was certainly the visit of the dolphins on the first day, while we enjoyed our aperitif on the veranda, two animals frolicked in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, there were hardly any people left. We returned home completely happy. THANK YOU Valentina and Enzo!

The view from the terrace is beautiful and the terrace is furnished in such a way that you can sit there and enjoy it. The apartment is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The communication with Paola was excellent. The place is very quiet in winter, that the supermarket and restaurants are closed, Paola told us beforehand.

We were two families in this great house for 10 days. Very good division of the two apartments. Communication was always quick and nice. The proximity to the beach invites you to take a short swim at any time. Thank you so much for letting us call the house our own for the 10 days.

The stay was very pleasant. The view from the terrace is priceless. Order and cleanliness were excellent and the host was always kind and helpful. An experience to definitely be repeated.

Massimo is an exceptional Host! We encountered some problems unrelated to Massimo, and he was always available by email or in person on site. He is a warm, welcoming person who has only one obsession: Your comfort Thanks Massimo... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a little gem. Also go see the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! We had a great, late season stay in Buggeru, and found that the apartment fit out needs perfectly. Chiara was there when we needed a little help. Would book here again.

I needed peace, and found absolute serenity. beginning of April there is just a few locals. The beach isn't cleaned like lots of Italian beaches, I had my surf / diving boots, so ideal to enter the water. To me this is paradise. The place is huge, and separate bedroom.

Fiorenza was the perfect host, stayed at check-in to offer suggestions that we used. The area was amazing, loved Sardinia and would highly recommend this ideal place. Thanks!

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. We felt very comfortable at Sheila’s beautiful place. The apartment was cozy, clean and we felt very safe :) Sheila is a wonderful host, great communication, very helpful and kind :) We can highly recommend Sheila’s place, also for long term stay it has everything you need :) We definitely would come back :)

The spacious, bright apartment with a great large balcony is on the 2nd floor in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The apartment has everything you need including great books about Sardinia. There were three of us there and we felt comfortable. There is a good pizzeria nearby. A car is an advantage for shopping. Urban Cagliari can be reached by car, but also by bus. Cagliari airport is about 20 km away. Federico is a very friendly and helpful host. Communication with him was quick and easy both for check-in and for tips and advice for the area. Gladly come again :-).
