Vacation rentals with beach access in Teulada

Schöne Wohnung für einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in Sardinien. Die Bilder sagen alles... Taty und Luca sind gut erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, die Nähe zu Cagliari ist eine wunderbare Abwechslung zum beach life in der Umgebung. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt ;-))

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Annas FeWo. Sie liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße mit einer tollen Terrasse direkt am Meer. Man konnte jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse frühstücken ..bestückt mit Tisch, Stühlen und 2 Liegen..ein Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch die Wohnung war mit allem gut ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Anna war per Handy immer erreichbar und hat uns Tipps z.B. für Restaurants gegeben. Der nahegelegene Ort Pula war in 10‘ mit dem Auto erreichbar….30‘ bis nach Cagliari. Um die gesamte Umgebung zu erkunden, ist ein Auto von Nöten. Wir können alles wärmstens zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

We had a fabulous time, both beaches with private access a stone's throw away were beautiful and each offered a different feel. One more sheltered, the other sandier; both with beautifully clear turqoise waters! There were enough restaurants, shops and stalls close by and we enjoyed drives a little further afield to find other beaches and places to eat and shop. The apartment terrace was nicely enclosed, perfect for a toddler. Great to have access to a garden and a bbq below. The apartment had everything you need, always nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Enrico kindly provided a cot. If I was to provide any suggestion, it would be to upgrade the beds, however this didn't detract from what was a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable first holiday in Sardinia! We look forward to coming back in the future! Our tips for others would be to book tables well ahead at the local restaurants to avoid missing out and bring a paddleboard!

Ankommen und wohlfühlen bei traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer, das mit seinem wunderschönen Strand in 2 Minuten erreichbar ist. Selbst große Strandtücher liegen bereit. Federica ist eine unkomplizierte und super freundliche Gastgeberin, die auf jede Frage sofort konstruktiv reagiert. Wiederkommen steht für uns fest auf dem Plan!

3 min walk from wonderful Poetto beach, and a bus stop to get easily into the city centre. Well appointed apartment in a quiet street. Wanted for nothing. Tatiana and Luca really are very good at this! Probably the best.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar – wir konnten jeden Morgen mit dem Rauschen der Wellen aufwachen und den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus genießen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der persönliche Service: Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Die Nähe zum Strand war ideal – nur wenige Schritte und wir waren am Wasser. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Bewertung: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Danieles Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Alles war sauber und Daniele war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten mit zwei Kindern alles was wir für einen schönen Urlaub brauchten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Aussenküche und der wunderschöne private Strand mit SUPs. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

La ubicación de la casa es magnifica con una vista al mar increíble. Ver la puesta de sol desde la terraza es impresionante. Las habitaciones están sencillamente amuebladas pero confortables, los baños cómodos y renovados, la cocina moderna y muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. La playa de cala Caterina es muy tranquila y prácticamente exclusiva, recomendable para descansar, nadar o hacer snorkelling. Se encuentra a pocos minutos de otras playas más amplias y bonitas como Porto Giunco, y también de Villa Simius con supermercados, bares y restaurantes. Roberto, el anfitrión de este hermoso lugar, fue muy amable y servicial, desde el primer momento siempre atento a que no nos faltara nada, realmente una atención personalizada. Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas en este casa, y cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. La consideramos altamente recomendable.

Ich kann das Haus von Andrea nur empfehlen, ein nettes kleines Haus, mit allem, was man so braucht. Es ist maximal eine Minute zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Für mich persönlich war der Kontakt und Austausch mit Andrea ein Highlight. Er war super und gefühlt ständig zu erreichen, hat uns super viele Tipps gegeben und sogar zu einem Freund miteingeladen. Gefühlt ab Minute eins war es ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis! Auch als wir einen Medizinischen Notfall hatten, hat er in den Krankenhäusern angerufen, sich erkundigt und uns super geholfen. Lieber Andrea, danke für die schöne Zeit und bis ganz ganz bald!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön und die Terrasse so möbliert, dass man dort gut sitzen und diesen genießen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Paola lief hervorragend. Der Ort ist im Winter sehr ruhig, dass der Supermarkt und die Restaurants geschlossen haben, hat Paola uns vorher mitgeteilt.

Wir waren 10 Tage zwei Familien in diesem tollen Haus. Sehr gute Unterteilung der beiden Wohnungen. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und nett. Die Nähe zum Strand lädt jederzeit für ein kurzes Bad ein. Vielen Dank dass wir das Haus für die 10 Tage unser eigen nennen durften.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La vista dal terrazzo è impagabile. Ordine e pulizia erano eccellenti e l'host è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

Massimo est un Hôte exceptionnel ! Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes indépendants de Massimo, et il a toujours été disponible par mail voir physiquement sur place. C'est une personne chaleureuse, accueillante qui n'a qu'une obsession : Votre confort Merci Massimo ... car nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un environnement calme et superbe. En avril la mer est encore froide mais les paysages sont somptueux, et la plage à 70 m du gîte est un petit bijoux. Allez aussi voir les plages du côté de Chia ... un vrai petit paradis ! Bonne saison Massimo ... Au plaisir de se revoir peut être un jour Cordialement

We had a great, late season stay in Buggeru, and found that the apartment fit out needs perfectly. Chiara was there when we needed a little help. Would book here again.

I needed peace, and found absolute serenity. beginning of April there is just a few locals. The beach isn't cleaned like lots of Italian beaches, I had my surf / diving boots, so ideal to enter the water. To me this is paradise. The place is huge, and separate bedroom.

Fiorenza was the perfect host, stayed at check-in to offer suggestions that we used. The area was amazing, loved Sardinia and would highly recommend this ideal place. Thanks!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Andrea und seiner Frau. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell auf Fragen antwortet und viele Vorschläge für Unternehmungen bereit hält. Das Apartment ist sehr groß, modern und sauber. Sichere Parkplätze finden sich direkt vor der Unterkunft.

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. Le logement est conforme aux attentes : proche de la mer et avec un accès aux transports en commun à seulement quelques pas pour rejoindre le centre-ville. Le logement est tout équipé et très bien pensé. Rita a été une hôte très sympathique, accueillante et de bon conseil. Nous recommandons fortement !

Appartamento ben posizionato, molto carino e arredato con gusto, ottima la pulizia, ho soggiornato una settimana e sono stata molto bene. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il gesto Sheila, far trovare sul tavolo una bottiglia di vino di ben venuto non è da tutti, professionale, accogliente e gentilissima. Super consigliato!!!

Die grosszügige, helle Wohnung mit tollem grossen Balkon ist im 1. Stock in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. In der Wohnung hat es Alles was man braucht inklusive tolle Bücher über Sardinien. Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben uns wohlgefühlt. In der Nähe befindet sich eine gute Pizzeria. Für die Einkäufe ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Das urbane Cagliari kann man mit dem Auto, aber auch mit dem Bus ereichen. Der Flughafen Cagliari ist ca 20 km entfernt. Federico ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war schnell und problemlos sowohl fürs check-in als auch für Tipps und Ratschläge für die Umgebung. Gerne wieder :-).
